Winter jacket
I bought this awesome winter jacket from a store back in October, but it's already January and I still haven't gotten it! I reached out to them via email in December after getting a message about delays, but haven't heard back since. I also tried reaching out on Instagram, they just liked my comment but never followed up. Super let down and annoyed. Now I'm reading other negative reviews, wishing I had seen them before. I used a promo code and paid $72 for this jacket. I'm planning to contact my bank and request a refund because this situation is not okay. Learn from my mistake and avoid this store!
Online purchase not received
I bought something online recently that never showed up. It was a bummer, but hey, these things happen. What really counts is how it's handled. Even though I didn't get my order, I was pretty impressed by how fast and apologetic the customer service team was. Carla, especially, was super nice and understanding. She not only recognized the problem but also took actions to fix it and make sure I was happy. Businesses aren't perfect, but when they really step up to make things right, it's pretty awesome. I'm grateful for Carla's help and will definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Shoe order for event
So I made the mistake of ordering my shoes from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I waited three weeks and got zero tracking info, so I decided to reach out to them. But guess what? They took forever to respond! Finally, after Thanksgiving, someone wrote back saying my refund was being processed instead of sending my order. Now it's been over a month and still no shoes or refund. This company is a complete disaster - they don't communicate and have zero customer service. They won't even give me a reason for denying my refund! I have no idea what's going on and it's just frustrating. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company unless you're into wasting time and money.

My most recent online shopping experience was really bad. I should have checked out some reviews before I bought from them. I was pretty bummed out when I found out that the store had changed its name to Kelly Obi. It seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one by selling the same old clothes that they used to have when they were Souk + Sepia. I gotta be honest, my shopping experience at this store has been kinda weird. I bought something from them nine weeks ago and I've been chatting with their customer service team about my order. They've been quick to respond and apologize in their emails, but my order still hasn't been sent out. It's frustrating to hear all these detailed reasons for the delay but not actually see any movement on getting my order to me. I think they should work more on getting orders out on time instead of just focusing on talking to customers.
Cool clothes
I really liked shopping at this store before, but the last things I bought were kind of disappointing. Crossbody purse
I bought a crossbody purse from this store recently, and I have to say I was really let down by how bad it was. The leather they used to put the purse together started falling apart after just a few times using it, so now I can't even use it. It's a bummer that the quality was so low, especially because it wasn't cheap. And on top of that, I found out that even though they market to black women, they actually get their stuff from China. It's disappointing to see them not being honest about where they get their products from. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

Even though I reached out several times, the customer service rep just kept saying to wait patiently and that I'd get the tracking info in a few days, but that never happened. When I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to wait for 24 business days. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, so I won't be buying from this company again.

Yhen not only said sorry for the delay, but also offered to give me some money back for one of my items and a discount code for my next purchase. It was nice to see them own up to the delay and make things right instead of just making excuses. Even though I'm still waiting for my stuff to come in, I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the customer service I got.

I just bought a dress from this store, and man, let me tell you, the delivery took forever! It felt like waiting for the next season of my favorite TV show. I placed the order back in August and totally forgot about it until I was tracking a different order I made in September. Seriously? Can you please get it together? I really want to support this store, but all these delays and mistakes are making it tough for me to stay loyal.
Hoodie dress purchase
I just got this hoodie dress from the store and man, it was top-notch quality and fit perfectly. Only snag was, I only got half my order at first and the rest was on backorder. So after a couple weeks, I hit them up to check on my stuff and Grace, one of their customer service reps, was right there to help me out. She took care of my worries and made sure the rest of my order would be on its way pronto. Gotta say, I was really happy with how Grace handled everything. Great customer service all around.
Multiple orders, satisfaction
I gotta admit, I was actually taken aback by all the bad reviews here. My time using this online store has been nothin' but good. I've ordered lots of stuff for myself and as gifts, and every time I've been super happy with what I got. I think folks might not know that a bunch of things come from China these days, so you gotta get how that works. All in all, I'm satisfied with what I've bought and I'd totally suggest checkin' it out for yourself.
Dress
They respond quick to emails but their items are trash. They purchase items from SheIn, Aliexpress and similar stores and resell is triple the price. Compare for yourself and you will see it. Also, they items take forever to ship. I ordered a dress from them. It received 3 weeks late (because of course they had to order it from China first) and when it got here it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I was excited about supporting this company because I thought it was a black owned small business but they're really fraudulent. With my bad experience I was unable to leave a review on their page. There's not one bad review there which makes me think that their reviews are paid!
