I had the best time shopping at this store for the first time! It did take a little longer for my package to arrive due to the slow mail in my country, but that's not the store's fault. Long wait time, unresponsive customer service
My experience shopping at the Bodega store was so disappointing. I bought something and had to wait about 3 weeks for it to ship within the US. I had to keep emailing to find out what was going on with my order, and every time they just said it was delayed because they had a lot of orders coming in. The customer service team didn't do a good job keeping me updated, and I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. My whole shopping experience at that store was a big disappointment, and I won't be going back to shop there again.

This pain relief cream totally works, but seriously, the bottle is hardly full at all! I've tried stuff like this from different companies in the past, and I always got way more bang for my buck. It's a bummer because this cream was pretty expensive. And to top it off, you can't even see how much is left because of the packaging. I was really counting on a better experience, but I guess I'll just have to keep looking for a pain relief cream that's worth the money.

Crowdfunded product on Indiegogo
Just like a lot of other people who supported this company on Indiegogo, I have to say, it was a total disaster. The product took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, Hitch had the nerve to ask for more money for shipping, even though we had already paid for it. The way they treat their backers is really shocking. And now they sell the product on their website for less, which shows a total lack of respect for their loyal supporters. The product itself isn't great quality, and to make matters worse, the reviews are awful. All in all, a huge disappointment and a waste of time and money.

I've been a regular customer at this place for a while and was always impressed by how great their products were. But man, this past year has been a mess. I made an order back in March 2022 and still haven't gotten it or my money back. It's almost November now, and I'm still stuck waiting. I thought I'd try again and ordered some stuff that was guaranteed to arrive in 3 days, but now I'm just left in the dark with no updates. These emails saying I'll get a refund in 7-10 business days are getting old. Seriously, where's my stuff and where's my money?

I bought one of those fancy smart doorbells with a chime back in April. Everything was fine until early August when it just wouldn't pair up anymore. I tried all the troubleshooting tricks like resetting it and swapping out the batteries, but no luck. And when I tried to contact their customer service about the warranty, I never heard back from them. So frustrating! I was really let down by the whole thing, so my advice would be to splurge a little extra on a product that actually works and comes with decent customer service.
