I recently bought 2 bags from Browns Fashion and it was a disaster. One bag was the wrong size - I wanted a small one, but got a mini instead. The other bag was damaged. When I told Browns about it, they denied any mistake at first, but later admitted it when I showed proof. However, they have been slow to respond and have poor communication. I've been contacting them for weeks with no solution. I'm frustrated with their lack of accountability and customer service. I won't buy from them again and will share my bad experience on social media to warn others about their unreliable service.
Distressed designer ballet flats
Recently, I bought a pair of distressed designer ballet flats from this store. Sadly, dealing with their return policy was a total nightmare. I only had the shoes for about an hour and a half before I realized they didn't fit right, so I wanted to return them. But shockingly, they refused my return, claiming the shoes were "more distressed and bent than when they were sent out." That made no sense at all because the shoe style is intentionally pre-distressed. I've been going back and forth with customer service for days now, and it's so frustrating. It seems like they're just trying to come up with any excuse not to give me a refund, which is totally not cool. It feels like they're more interested in keeping my money than giving me the service I deserve. Other high-end retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net-A-Porter have much better and customer-friendly return policies in place. Browns Fashion, on the other hand, has proven to be sketchy and untrustworthy. It's really disappointing to see a brand with so much potential fall short in customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at Browns Fashion because they seem more focused on taking money from customers than giving a good shopping experience.
Pair of designer shoes
I recently bought a pair of fancy shoes from Browns Fashion and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. I wore the shoes once and noticed a problem with the sole. I contacted Browns Fashion and they were quick to respond and help me out. They even called me and sent me emails to make sure everything was sorted. I sent them pictures of the issue and they handled it all, no hassle at all. It was a relief to talk to a real person who actually cared about fixing my problem. My overall experience with Browns Fashion was amazing and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
New sneakers and a cool jacket
OMG, I just scored the sickest new sneakers and a super cool jacket from this store! I've been here a couple of times before and every time I'm like, YAAAS! The shipping is crazy fast, I mean blink and it's at your door. And when my stuff arrives, it's always looking fresh and clean. One time I had to return something because it was too big, but their customer service was amazing and helped me out big time. I totally recommend this place, it's lit!

Let me tell you, man, my recent purchases at this place were seriously amazing. Ordering was super easy, quick, and efficient, just the way I like it. The service was top-notch, from start to finish. The staff were so attentive and helpful, made my shopping experience really enjoyable. And the pricing, let me tell you, it was fair and totally worth it. Bag Purchase
My time at Browns Fashion was not great. I had a problem with a bag I bought, and when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were not helpful and didn't seem to care. Even though I had a receipt, they wouldn't help me because of a mix-up with my email. This really frustrated and disappointed me, especially since the bag's brand wanted to help but couldn't because I got it from Browns Fashion. They could have at least asked more questions about the condition of the bag, especially since it was expensive. I only used the bag for special occasions for a year, so the damage doesn't make sense to me. Overall, my experience with Browns Fashion was really bad, and I would warn others to be careful with their customer service.
Discounted pieces
I was kinda unsure at first 'cause of some bad reviews I saw, but I thought I'd give Browns Fashion a shot. I've bought stuff twice in the past three months and both times I scored some awesome deals on really nice stuff. Everything went smoothly, my stuff got to me super fast, and it was wrapped up all nice. I really appreciate the effort they put into how they present their products. Overall, I had a great time shopping at this store.
White t shirt purchase
I ordered this really cute white t-shirt online, but when it arrived, it was all dirty and gross. I reached out to them, but no one bothered to respond. It was frustrating, like talking to a wall! I was pretty disappointed, I mean, seriously, why can't they just send me a clean shirt? I'm definitely not shopping there again.
Clothing item
I really liked seeing pictures of the product on a model from different angles and knowing what size they were wearing. But, I think there's a chance to make the process of buying and getting notified of sales or sold-out items better. It would be great to have more shipping choices and have free shipping for orders over, say, $150. It's a bummer to spend a lot of cash and still not get free shipping.
2 luxury bags
I recently bought 2 luxury bags online and the whole process went smoothly. I was really impressed by the variety and quality of products they offered. When my order arrived, it was packaged nicely and delivered quickly. However, I did have a few problems with the bags, but the customer service team was fast to help me out and resolve everything. I thought they were really professional and willing to assist, especially since I reached out to them over the weekend and still got a quick solution. Overall, my shopping experience was great and I would definitely shop from them again in the future.
Return shipping labels
I can't believe how incompetent Browns Fashion's customer service is! I've been waiting for weeks to get my DHL shipping labels for a return, and it seems like nobody there cares. I've emailed customer service multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. I've even called them three times, and I'm still waiting for those labels. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else. Seriously, Matches Fashion and Net-a-Porter are way better when it comes to being efficient and providing good customer service.
Gucci women's schoolbag
You won't believe what happened - I ordered this really adorable schoolbag from Browns Fashion. But get this, I never actually got it! The package got sent back to the sender before it even made it to me in Macau. I didn't even have the chance to sign for it or anything! And now they're putting the blame on me and refusing to give me a refund. Can you believe that? How is that even remotely fair? All I wanted was my awesome bag, you know?
Gym wear for twin sister
I was shopping for gym clothes for my twin sister and I found the coolest stuff at this store. They had awesome brands like Swaty Betty and Adidas by Stella McCartney. The quality was amazing and my sister loved everything I got her. Plus, the package arrived really quickly all the way to Lisbon, and it was wrapped so nicely. They even included a soft black branded dustbag that was really cool.
Gold necklace purchase
I recently bought this really pretty gold necklace from a fashion store and everything was just awesome. I was looking for this specific necklace and found it for a really good deal at this place. I ordered it on a Thursday night at 11pm and was super excited when it was shipped out just 9 hours later. The package got to me really quick on Monday at 4pm, way faster than stuff I've ordered from other places in the US. The necklace was all nicely wrapped up and was in perfect condition, just like how it was described online. They kept me updated throughout the whole process with emails, which was great. I'm so happy with my purchase and definitely plan on shopping there again in the future.
Online and In-Person Shopping Experience
I gotta say, I had such a great time shopping at Browns, both online and in their store. The online site has a bunch of designer options at good prices, plus the service is top notch. Recently, I got to chat with a personal shopper who really helped me find stuff that I actually liked. When I went to the store in person, I was so impressed with how nice everyone was and the awesome clothes they had. Ermes, my personal shopper, really went all out to make sure I had a great time. The clothes I bought were high quality, fit perfectly, and were totally one-of-a-kind. Definitely recommend checking out Browns, whether it's online or in person.
Black leather jacket
I wouldn't waste your time trying to get in touch with customer service at this store. I sent them three emails asking about my order and never heard back. It's really unprofessional to just ignore customers like that, especially when they say they have high standards. If they can't even reply to a simple email, it makes it tough to believe they're a trustworthy company. Overall, I'm really let down by their terrible communication and customer service.
My first trip to the store
I gotta tell you about this amazing store I found called Browns, it was seriously awesome! The folks working there were so friendly and gave me a tour of the place. They even recommended some really cool clothes for me to try on. Plus, they had a cafe and a garden that were absolutely beautiful. If you're ever in London, you've gotta check out Browns. I'm already looking forward to going back, sitting under the cherry blossom tree, and enjoying some snacks and wine at the restaurant. And of course, I ended up getting some new clothes that I'm totally in love with!
Women's designer coat
I just bought this really fancy designer coat for women from this store and let me tell you, it was such a great experience. They had a really nice selection of coats and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The coat was even better quality than I expected, and I got a ton of compliments when I wore it. The staff there really knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect fit. The whole shopping experience, from looking around to buying, was super smooth and fun. I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping in the future.
Sneakers purchase
I had a really great experience with the website. It was super easy to find my way around, and all the info they gave, like detailed pictures and sizing guides, was really clear and accurate. Ordering was a breeze and my item arrived pretty quickly. I was happy that I didn't have to deal with any returns, since I've heard some not-so-great things about that. Plus, the pricing was fair. Recommended for budget shoppers
I honestly like shopping in the budget as it won't hurt me after that. Also, i dont really like wasting my money so much on clothing. However, its s hard to get the good clothes at such a budget. I am not saying its too cheap but yeah you wont mind buying brands at this cost
The one i bought is the sequin maxi dress which is golden or i guess brownish in shade. it is so damn good and i wear it on the bachelor party !!
