Hey everyone, I just wanted to tell you about my experience with this cosplay website. I'm up in Canada and I ordered two cosplays like a month ago. The first one already made it and it's actually pretty good quality, not gonna lie. The second one is still being made though, so it's taking a bit longer. They told me it should be done by next week, but it might not get here in time for my convention. No big deal though, I have a backup plan just in case. Just a heads up, if you're ordering more than one cosplay, it could take longer for everything to come in. But all in all, I'm happy with what I got!

Prescription refill process
I had a frustrating experience with the prescription refill process at this store recently. Even though I'm a part of their membership program, the automatic delivery they promised was unreliable and ended up causing me more trouble than it was worth. Every time I needed a refill, it defaulted to pickup instead of delivery, which just led to more frustration and wasted time. When I tried to fix the issue over the phone, all I got was a bunch of irrelevant questions and automated responses that didn't help at all. The online platform wasn't much better in solving the problem. Overall, my experience with the refill process was disappointing and definitely not smooth.

I had a problem with this company! I purchased TWO tables, the coffee table, and two benches...yes $5,000 worth of furniture and the table is in our formal dining room, and not used daily. It is just my husband and I now and we use a breakfast nook daily. I have only used the table about 5 times in the 4 months since we have owned it and used with adults and now have about 6 dings in the side of the wood! The coffee table got a huge ding from my 2 year old grandson bumbing a plastic car on it...should not nick so easy and don't believe the reviews online on the site because they have no place to leave a negative reveiw! I feel like I wasted $5,000! Btw...I spoke to them and they say "sorry doesn't fall under warranty, just wear and tear" Oh yeah...on a table set used basically 5 times!

The idea of this sounds super appealing, however, the fact that the website only puts out their new stuff on days 1-5 of the month means the website ALWAYS crashes meaning you have to go to customer service to get anything done. I went through customer service and they still didn't get my order right meaning I was forced to skip the month. No money back, no refund, not even a ~oops, sorry about that~. The website itself doesn't even have a review for the service, only reviews for the product. The product is actually pretty nice and soft but you won't get what you want/are paying for. I’m having the exact same problem as the previous reviewer. I placed an order, my card was charged, and going on a week, I have not received an email confirmation, nor replies to my emails asking about the status of my order. I’m not too happy about that.
Ordered items on April 26th, card was charged on 27th (#171-384867). Item not yet received as of May 28th. Customer service is atrocious, with shoddy, intermittent responses. Finally called my credit card company and asked for a reimbursement.

Look at all of the complaints! And think of all of the people who are silently waiting and not saying anything either. I've given up hope on this company. No replies and they took hundreds of dollars for my order. I am SO bummed out that they are shady. If they cannot handle providing the products maybe they should not be taking orders until they are able. They must have so many complaints with banks for their fraud.
I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order. It's been sitting in a Fedx facility all that time. I contacted Fedx and now they tell me there's a problem with shipping it and are sending it back to the supplier. This WAS a Christmas gift. Not happy at all. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

No response to my emails, the tracking number they gave is bogus, there's no record with DHL of a shipment, the order status just says 'ready' but hasn't been sent. They claim 4-5 days shipping but my order has been sitting 'ready' for more than twice that amount of time! I've tried to cancel the order and requested a refund through my payment method. Wish I'd seen these reviews before getting suckered into buying from this place.
Regarding my above review, the item arrived today, too late to give as the gift intended but it did arrive despite the inaccurate tracking information on my order. I would delete that first review if I could figure out how!
#171-567760 says is on the way, it has said the same thing for days...sitting at a facility. Reached out to customer service without response. I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I think in the future do not take money from a customer until you have the products are are ready to ship. As of today it "says in transit" These products are expensive and I expect better customer service and communication. I assume these really are finally shipped. Have used their products before that are not only brilliant but also their customer service needs to be applauded. I had an issue with my last order and was promptly refunded within 12 hours. This time the discount hadn’t been applied to the order which also was dealt within 8 hours. Just cannot fault them. I think considering the covid situation everyone needs to be a bit patient with deliveries for which courier companies are responsible not them. They have brilliant products and services and are certainly not a scam!

Great wine, was a customer for almost 4 years but had issue with two cases in a row, couldn't get in touch with customer service, spent hours on hold only to get disconnected, never got the cases I ordered but paid for, sent multiple emails over a month to customer service, all went without reply from Macy's. So I guess they can keep the $500 I paid but lose out on the roughly 200/month I was spending.
