Firm foamy pillow
I got this really firm foamy pillow from the store and man, it was a big mistake. The customer service was just awful every step of the way. I mean, I ordered the pillow and it just disappears during shipping. It took a whole two weeks of back and forth between the store and customer service to finally get it sorted out. Nobody could give me a straight answer on what the heck was going on. And the tracking info was useless, so aggravating! Honestly, I should've just canceled the purchase right then.

I love reading eBooks, and I have to say, my time using eLibrary has been amazing. There are so many different eBooks to choose from in all sorts of categories, which has helped me discover new topics and authors I might not have found otherwise. The website is super easy to use and it's simple to find what you're looking for. I've learned a lot and gained some great knowledge from the eBooks on eLibrary, so I definitely think it's worth checking out if you're a bookworm wanting to broaden your reading list.

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this company. They delayed my package by two weeks. They only shipped it out AFTER I asked for a refund. I finally get my order today, after placing the order almost a month ago and it's not even the full order! Trash company, trash customer service who are useless, and a ... SCAM! Never spend your money here. If you've placed an order, put in a claim with your bank now for a refund because these jackholes won't give you one. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Horrible customer service!! Dont waste your money. i ordered 2 products from them and wanted to cancel the order literally a couple hours later and they said they couldnt cancel and it was being shipped. but i got the email saying it was shipped a week later... They could have cancelled my order when i emailed them. So i received my order yesterday and it was NOT as pictured. i did not open the package at all and they wont let me return it sealed. I will never order from here again

It has taken nearly 2 months to receive my meds. Due to Covid, transit times are unfortunately slower, but after 3/4 weeks they gave me the option for a refund or reshipment. I chose to have the meds reshipped and after 2 more weeks my meds have finally arrived. The box/tracking is from the UK and the meds themselves are from Namibia-as stated on the box. I'm uncomfortable with this so I will be returning.

Though this is matter of personal views. I have booked floor lamps , Table lamps ,really great in looks, designs just suited every houses what I think.
Prices are not a big issue , once I liked finishing, prices,back up team for after sales services and delivery on time.
I agree with you 100% I will NEVER buy from this company again.
