Tactical Gear Purchase
I had a pretty disappointing experience with Botach. I didn't realize that the item I bought would be drop-shipped, so I had to wait a long time for it to be shipped to them and then to me. It was frustrating and took up a lot of my time. I wish they had been more clear about this policy before I made my purchase. It was annoying not being able to cancel my order or get a refund. I'll definitely be more careful when buying from them in the future.

Ammo purchase from another state
I'm 12 years old and I live in California. We had this cool week where we could buy ammo from out of state, they called it freedom week. Botach really helped us out and got our stuff super fast. But then there was a shipping issue and I was bummed. Thankfully, Mykala from customer service came to the rescue and I got my stuff on time. Botach is definitely the best for all my gear needs!

False advertising, bad customer service
I can't stand Botach! They totally tricked me by saying they had my items in stock and then took forever to ship them out. Their customer service is terrible, they never pick up the phone or respond to emails. And to top it off, they wouldn't let me cancel my order when it hadn't even been shipped yet. On top of all that, they blocked me from leaving a one-star review on their website. So shady!

I went to the store the other day and one of the workers there really helped me out in a big way. I bought two tasers from this company not too long ago. They came just as they were described and didn't take long to get to me. Botach is now my favorite place to get AR-15 accessories, especially those H&K steel magazines.
