Customized pet pajamas
I was really let down by my recent purchase. The website said the custom gifts were made in America, but when it got here, the label said it was made in China. This was not only misleading but also pretty disappointing. The picture of my daughter's dog on the pajamas was barely recognizable and looked nothing like what was shown online. If you want accurate pet picture replicas, I recommend ordering from a different place.
Expensive expedite delivery
I paid extra for expedited delivery, but my product arrived way later than promised. And when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails. It was such a waste of money! I'm livid and honestly feel like screaming. I'm definitely spreading the word about how awful this company is.
Personalized item purchase
I bought something special from this website and I'm really upset with the way they've been handling things. It's been months since I ordered it, and my package is just stuck in China, going back and forth. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they're not helping at all. They don't even reply or just give me vague answers like "It was updated yesterday". I even asked for a refund, but they haven't gotten back to me. I wouldn't recommend using this company. I ordered a custom shirt back in October and it's now January, still no sign of it. The tracking info says it's been delivered, but I haven't got anything. When I contacted customer service, they said it's from overseas and they can't do anything. They don't take any responsibility. I suggest avoiding this company to save yourself the hassle.
Pillowcase purchase
I bought a pillowcase from this company not too long ago and it didn't go so well. I asked them about the size of the pillowcase to make sure it would fit my pillow, but they gave me the wrong measurements. So, I ended up with a pillow that didn't fit the case. When I talked to customer service about it, they were really rude and unprofessional. The whole experience with the wrong info and bad service really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Custom shirt never delivered
I ordered this really cool custom shirt, but I never got it. So I reached out to this customer service lady, Camille, and let me tell you, she was so rude and totally unhelpful. I sent like 11 emails trying to get things sorted out, but all I got was a bunch of excuses. It's a total scam, so definitely avoid buying from them!
Late package, poor customer service
I bought something back in early July to give as a birthday present in late August, but it's already November and the package still hasn't arrived. After two tries at shipping, the tracker hasn't been updated since it left China. Dealing with customer service has been frustrating because they're not really helpful and take forever to respond to my questions. I recently bought a custom t-shirt and was surprised to find out it was coming from China, even though the website didn't mention that. It was supposed to arrive in 4-10 business days, but it actually took 4 weeks. I also got hit with an extra fee of about $30 because it came from China. Normally, I'd give it 3 stars, but their customer service was top-notch. They were really friendly and even offered to pay half of the fee. The t-shirt and print quality were awesome though, no complaints there.
Bachelorette party shirts
I ordered 13 shirts for my bachelorette party from this company recently, and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. The quality of the shirts was alright, but I only got 9 of the 13 I ordered. When I asked about the missing shirts, they told me there were issues with quality control and they needed to remake them. I get wanting to make things right, but the lack of communication and transparency was really frustrating. I've emailed them a bunch of times about the missing shirts, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back. So, I had to go ahead and file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund for those four missing shirts. All in all, dealing with this company has been a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Can you believe they had the nerve to charge us for VIP Priority just to find out they were closed for the Chinese holidays? And don't even get me started on the expedited shipping charge that was a complete joke. I mean, they claim to have a New York address but everything ships from China. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this seller if you want to actually receive your order on time. And then they had the audacity to try and block a refund by sneaking in a last-minute shipping label. It's just unbelievable.

I was really disappointed with the delayed delivery of my personalized gifts from YesCustom. They originally said it would be there by Christmas, but I didn't get them until 12/23 because they weren't giving good updates or communicating well. Their customer service was pretty bad too. I had to bug them multiple times before finally hearing back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The item I ordered was received after Christmas. Once I received the item the quality was HORRIBLE! No one I know would wear this ...! This company is out of China! Horrible customer service! Do not purchase from this company! HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
