This airline is just the absolute worst! I flew all the way from South Africa to the UK for a funeral and Swiss Air went and lost my luggage in Zurich. It's been 3 whole days and still no sign of my stuff! Their customer service is beyond terrible, all they do is give me excuses and absolutely no help whatsoever. Can you believe how awful they are at looking after their customers? It's got me feeling so angry right now!

I get wanting to make things right, but the lack of communication and transparency was really frustrating. I've emailed them a bunch of times about the missing shirts, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back. So, I had to go ahead and file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund for those four missing shirts. All in all, dealing with this company has been a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
