Issue with refund
I had a really frustrating experience with a return I made on your website recently. I sent the items back within the 15-day period like I was supposed to, but then I got an email saying I wouldn't get my money back because I sent them back late. They only offered me a gift voucher, which I didn't really want. I was so annoyed that I emailed customer service to explain what happened and show them proof that I returned the items on time. After going back and forth a bit, they finally fixed the issue and I got my refund. Even though it all worked out in the end, it was such a hassle that could have been avoided easily.
Cute top
I'm really pumped about this adorable top I snagged from this store. When I had a question about my order, I hit up the support team and they were super easy to reach. They got back to me in a jiffy and were so friendly and positive in their response. It just made me feel all warm and fuzzy. It always puts a smile on my face when customer service is on point like that, don't you think?
New clothes
I really enjoy shopping for clothes at this store! They do a great job of describing the products and even let you know what size the model is wearing. It really helps me figure out what size to order. The customer service is fantastic too, they always make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase. Package sent to wrong city
My package got sent to the wrong city by mistake, but when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me right away the next day. They apologized and even offered me a full refund for the mix-up. Even though it was annoying not getting my order on time, I'm thankful for their fast response and effort to fix things.
Delivery issues
My recent purchase has been a total nightmare because of delivery problems. The website said my package was delivered, but it never showed up at my door. To make things even worse, I never got an order confirmation. When I tried to contact customer service, I reached out three times and got no response or even a nod to my worries. The lack of communication and help from NA-KD has been so frustrating, and now I don't trust them as a store at all. I really suggest not shopping here if you want to skip the headache.
Received faulty coat, missing £126
This company is a total nightmare! First, I got a defective coat, then when I tried to return it, I found out they shorted me $126 on my refund. Their customer service is a joke - they just parrot the same canned responses and never fix anything. Then, when I sent back another item on schedule, they stiffed me with worthless vouchers instead of the refund they promised. What a mess!
Great customer service
I had a great experience with the customer service team recently. They were super helpful and got things sorted out quickly. I really liked how they handled my concerns and made sure I was happy in the end. Overall, the customer service was top-notch and really made my shopping experience easy and stress-free.
Clothing items
I just bought some clothes from this online store and it was awesome. The website was really easy to use, checking out was a breeze, and they had a bunch of stylish stuff that didn't break the bank. I was super impressed with the quality of the clothes I got, they looked just like they did online.

I had to return some things I bought online and got a weird message about my refund. But I reached out to customer service and this really cool person named Christel helped me straighten it out. She was so nice and understanding, it made me feel like they really give a dang about me as a customer 😊

Oh my gosh, the folks at that store were seriously awesome when my order got all messed up! They actually listened to me and fixed everything really quick. I was thrilled with their help, I just had to shout it from the rooftops.
Return label request issue
I've been dealing with a pretty frustrating situation trying to get my return labels sorted out for a couple of orders. I've reached out to the company multiple times about needing those labels, but I haven't heard anything back or received the labels yet. I even tried using DHL's services to print the labels myself, but no luck. I just want to get this sorted out quickly and get those labels so I can send back my orders on time.
Recent order disappointment
I just bought something from this company and it was a total letdown. I paid for shipping but my stuff never showed up, and on top of that, they didn't even give me my money back for the shipping fee. The customer service people first said it was missing, then later admitted it was out of stock. It was so annoying and disappointing, especially because none of it was my fault. I told them straight up I didn't want a discount code because I have no plans to shop with them again after they pulled this shady move.
Overpriced Garbage
I just bought some stuff, and man, it was a total letdown. The stuff was garbage and the customer service was even worse. They only let you return things within 15 days, and if you're late, you just get a stupid voucher instead of a refund. And even when you do return stuff on time, they say they never got it. When I sent some things back, they said it could take up to 21 days to get my money back, but I never got squat - not even a dumb voucher. Seriously, stay away from this place, total scam!
Overpriced fast fashion
I'm really bummed about the stuff I bought. The materials were cheap and the clothes didn't fit right. I thought the pants would be long enough for me, but they were way too short. Those discounts are just a way to get you to buy their low-quality stuff. Don't fall for it!
My order never came
Man, I ordered some stuff online and they claimed it was delivered, but I never received it! I've been trying to reach out via email, but they're totally ghosting me! I mean, seriously, are they trying to scam me like all the other shady companies out there???
Refund issue
I requested a refund a few days ago because I'm getting ready for vacation and need to send back some items. I reached out to customer service via email and chat, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's honestly frustrating because if they were quicker, they wouldn't have so many negative reviews on Trusted Pilot.

I sent something back but they haven't said anything about it. When I called customer service, they were no help at all. I think this might be a scam.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. The clothes I got were really bad quality and definitely not worth what I paid for them. When I tried to send them back, it was a huge hassle and they were not honest about the return process. Even though I sent the package back on time, they said it was late and wouldn't give me a refund. That's just not right and they really need to treat their customers better.
Clothing return issue
I had a really frustrating situation with an online clothing store that I have to vent about. I sent back some stuff within the return time frame, but didn't get a confirmation until three weeks later. And then, out of nowhere, they said I didn't return it in time so I couldn't get a refund. It just felt shady and like they were trying to pull a fast one on me by dragging their feet on the confirmation.
