    My recent purchase has been a total nightmare because of delivery problems. The website said my package was delivered, but it never showed up at my door. To make things even worse, I never got an order confirmation. When I tried to contact customer service, I reached out three times and got no response or even a nod to my worries. The lack of communication and help from NA-KD has been so frustrating, and now I don't trust them as a store at all. I really suggest not shopping here if you want to skip the headache.

    Received faulty coat, missing £126

    This company is a total nightmare! First, I got a defective coat, then when I tried to return it, I found out they shorted me $126 on my refund. Their customer service is a joke - they just parrot the same canned responses and never fix anything. Then, when I sent back another item on schedule, they stiffed me with worthless vouchers instead of the refund they promised. What a mess!

    Return label request issue

    I've been dealing with a pretty frustrating situation trying to get my return labels sorted out for a couple of orders. I've reached out to the company multiple times about needing those labels, but I haven't heard anything back or received the labels yet. I even tried using DHL's services to print the labels myself, but no luck. I just want to get this sorted out quickly and get those labels so I can send back my orders on time.

    Recent order disappointment

    I just bought something from this company and it was a total letdown. I paid for shipping but my stuff never showed up, and on top of that, they didn't even give me my money back for the shipping fee. The customer service people first said it was missing, then later admitted it was out of stock. It was so annoying and disappointing, especially because none of it was my fault. I told them straight up I didn't want a discount code because I have no plans to shop with them again after they pulled this shady move.

    Overpriced Garbage

    I just bought some stuff, and man, it was a total letdown. The stuff was garbage and the customer service was even worse. They only let you return things within 15 days, and if you're late, you just get a stupid voucher instead of a refund. And even when you do return stuff on time, they say they never got it. When I sent some things back, they said it could take up to 21 days to get my money back, but I never got squat - not even a dumb voucher. Seriously, stay away from this place, total scam!

    Overpriced fast fashion

    I'm really bummed about the stuff I bought. The materials were cheap and the clothes didn't fit right. I thought the pants would be long enough for me, but they were way too short. Those discounts are just a way to get you to buy their low-quality stuff. Don't fall for it!

    As someone who's been a customer for a while, I've always been happy with the stuff I get and how it's delivered. But, recently, I had a big order that got swiped. Luckily, the customer service I got was top-notch. This guy Christian really went above and beyond, giving me the choice to either get my money back or get my order re-sent. I'm really grateful for how helpful and generous the customer service folks at this company are.

    poor quality clothes, frustrating return process

    My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. The clothes I got were really bad quality and definitely not worth what I paid for them. When I tried to send them back, it was a huge hassle and they were not honest about the return process. Even though I sent the package back on time, they said it was late and wouldn't give me a refund. That's just not right and they really need to treat their customers better.

    Clothing return issue

    I had a really frustrating situation with an online clothing store that I have to vent about. I sent back some stuff within the return time frame, but didn't get a confirmation until three weeks later. And then, out of nowhere, they said I didn't return it in time so I couldn't get a refund. It just felt shady and like they were trying to pull a fast one on me by dragging their feet on the confirmation.
