Wrong order received, hassle with return and additional cost.
I recently bought something from this company and it was a total disaster, like, from start to finish. I got my order and it was totally wrong. So then I had to call customer service, wait for a return receipt, and find a Fed Ex store to send back the wrong stuff. And then on top of that, they charged me an extra $10.00 for the return shipping. Like, seriously? Why all this unnecessary drama? Now they still owe me $10.00 for the return shipping. Can someone just tell me when I'm getting my money back so I can move on with my life? All I wanted was some PH powder.

Organic farm volunteer experience
My time with WWOOF Latin America was amazing. I got to work on a bunch of organic farms all over Latin America, diving into different cultures and picking up tips on sustainable farming. Each farm had its own special things to deal with, like tending to coffee plants in Colombia or pitching in on permaculture projects in Costa Rica. The people who hosted us were super friendly and really knew their stuff, sharing their love for organic farming and taking care of the environment. I learned a ton while I was there, gaining hands-on skills and a better grasp on why sustainable agriculture is so important.

I just bought some dietary supplements from this company and I was really impressed with how good the products were. Membership cancellation issue
I ran into a problem when I tried to cancel my membership. The customer service rep I talked to tried to convince me to stay by giving me a nice deal. But, I never got an email confirming the offer for yearly payment or the voucher they promised. I'm not sure if the offer was legit, especially because the email said it was only good for as long as we were on the phone. I'm hoping to hear back soon and get this all sorted out.

Oh my goodness, you all! I just had the most amazing time on the Vat19 tour! It felt like I was actually walking into one of their YouTube videos in real life. I recently bought some collagen powder from this brand online. The ad said I could get a free water bottle with my purchase, but when I tried to get it, the customer service team gave me a hard time. They said I didn't qualify for the freebie, even though I did everything right. On top of that, they ignored my messages and were super rude in their replies. That kind of behavior is so not okay and makes the whole company look bad. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again.

DNA Kit Purchase
I bought one of those DNA kits back in February 2020 and I followed the instructions to send in my sample. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. They said I would get my results in 4-6 weeks, but then they kept extending the time without really letting me know. After sending multiple emails and waiting for weeks, the Director of Customer Success finally got back to me with a detailed explanation for the delay. They said they would re-extract my sample to finish the report, but then turned around and said they couldn't get results even when they were 40% done. When I asked for a refund, they said they would do it, but I still haven't seen the money. All in all, dealing with this service has been a major letdown and super frustrating.
