A Puzzle Enthusiast's Dream
I am a long-time client of PuzzleUp and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of puzzles they offer on their website. I have been a puzzle enthusiast for years and have tried many different brands, but PuzzleUp truly stands out in terms of the level of difficulty and the intricate designs of their puzzles.
One of the things I appreciate most about PuzzleUp is the wide range of puzzles they have available. Whether I'm in the mood for a challenging 1000 piece puzzle or a more relaxed 300 piece one, they have something that fits my needs. And, their puzzle designs are always unique and visually interesting, which keeps the solving experience fresh and engaging.
I've also been impressed with the customer service I've received from PuzzleUp. Whenever I've had a question or concern, their team has been quick to respond and help me out. They have always been friendly and professional, which makes me feel valued as a customer.

I had so much fun with the cool wood puzzles I got from this store. The pieces were really strong and made great wall art. I especially liked the weird shapes and hidden pieces that made the puzzles more challenging. But there were a few things that weren't so great about them. First off, one of the puzzles had a funky smell that wasn't too pleasant. Then, the picture on another puzzle was scratched up, which made it look kinda bad. And lastly, the sticky stuff on the back of the puzzles wasn't that great at keeping the pieces together on the wall. I had to use puzzle glue instead. Even with all that, I'd still think about getting more puzzles from this store.

I was super impressed with how quickly my order was processed and shipped, just 2 workdays after I placed it. It made its way to me in Denmark, Europe in 18 days, just like they promised on the website, and passed through customs without a hitch. The packaging was top-notch and everything inside was in perfect condition. The puzzle itself is really challenging, with cool pieces that made it even more fun. The only small issue was that the package tracking hasn't been updated since it got to customs in Denmark. Despite that, I had a great experience with PuzzleUp and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and challenging puzzle.
Personalized puzzle order
As someone who has bought from this company before, I've always been super happy with how easy it is to order and how great the products are. Last time I ordered, there was a little issue with the website missing a step when I was trying to personalize my puzzle. But the customer service team fixed it right away by contacting me for the info they needed and even sending me a preview of the puzzle before making it. They were so nice and made sure my order was just how I wanted it. I can't wait for my puzzle to arrive - I'm sure it's gonna be awesome!
Puzzle purchase
The packaging for the puzzle I bought was way too much and unnecessary. It took me forever to unwrap and open it because there were so many layers of wrapping and tape. And on top of that, there was this tangled mess of noodle-like stuff inside that made it even harder to get to the puzzle. It's kind of funny that the packaging looked like it was eco-friendly, but it was actually just full of extra plastic trash. I think it would be a good idea to use simpler, more sustainable packaging in the future to help the environment. Despite the packaging problems, the puzzle itself is really nice and looks good. But I do wish the size was a bit bigger for a better experience. In the end, dealing with the packaging was more frustrating than enjoying the puzzle.
Starry Night puzzle
I got the Starry Night puzzle and just fell in love with the design, but there were these little white specks on the edges of the pieces and they were kinda dusty. But, then the folks from customer service got in touch and hooked me up with a brand new puzzle that was way better. It was really sweet of them to make it right.
Personalized small puzzle
I just got this super cool personalized puzzle and I am absolutely obsessed with it! It's one of a kind, just like me! The only downside was having to deal with those annoying customs fees since it came from Italy. But the folks at PuzzleUp customer service were really on top of things and helped me out. They even refunded me the whole fee even though it wasn't their fault. That was so nice of them! I would definitely suggest checking out PuzzleUp to everyone!
Multiple puzzles for gifts
The puzzles I got were so pretty and made awesome gifts, but I was kinda bummed about how they were packed. The fridge magnets with pictures were cool, but they were mixed up and didn't match the right puzzles. It was a hassle trying to figure out which photo went with each puzzle. Maybe next time, they can add a note inside each bag with the puzzle name to avoid the mix-up.
Challenging puzzle
The puzzle I got was pretty tough, but also really fun. It kept me entertained for hours, and I felt really good once I finished it. But I did notice that some of the pieces were cut really small, so they broke a bit during shipping. Plus, some of the pieces had white corners where the image didn't stick properly.
Puzzle enthusiast, challenging puzzles
As someone who's really into puzzles, I love trying out new and challenging ones. The different shapes and special pieces they come with always catch my eye. Some puzzles, like the Michelangelo and Joconde ones, are tough but doable, while others like the Venus puzzle really put my puzzle-solving skills to the test. But I gotta say, I do have a few concerns about how the company ships their puzzles. They're pretty close to where I live, yet the shipping process and dealing with customs can be a real pain. It feels like more of my support goes towards the shipping company and customs than the actual puzzle makers. And on top of that, the puzzle bags sometimes arrive with loose closures, which is a bummer because it makes it easier to lose pieces. These little hiccups really take away from what could be a super fun puzzle experience.
Quick delivery, unexpected customs fees
The order got here really fast, which was awesome. But man, I was totally thrown off by those surprise customs fees when I went to pick it up. It would've been nice to know about that ahead of time so I could plan for it better.
