Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday, way past the special day. The website promised a 1-2 day international express delivery for the location, but the order didn't even leave the UK until a day after I placed it. When I reached out to customer service for help, I only got a single unhelpful response before they disappeared, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. It's disheartening to see all the negative comments about the company's customer service. Overall, the whole thing was disappointing and made me feel like my time and money weren't appreciated.

Yeah, so I bought a wallet and keychain from Aspinal. The prices are way high, like whoa. You really need to be certain about your purchase because there's no refunds if you change your mind. Plus, delivery was pretty slow, so you'll have to be patient. Customer service wasn't great either, it felt like they only care about your money. Overall, Aspinal doesn't seem to value their customers much.

I bought this handbag that was really nice and well made. But man, the customer service I got was kinda disappointing. I paid more for gift wrapping, and when it came, the ribbon was falling off and the dust bag had some stains. When I told them about it, they said they'd replace the gift box, but didn't mention anything about the dirty dust bag or give me a refund. I was hoping for better from such a fancy brand.
Two personalized hip flasks
I ordered two personalized hip flasks as gifts and even paid extra for gift wrapping and a special note. But when they arrived, they had mixed up the flasks! I had to carefully switch them out, but I couldn't recreate the original ribbon. The hip flasks themselves are beautiful and great quality, both holding 6 ounces and the colors are spot on from the website. Even though the gift wrapping mishap was a hassle, the flasks were still totally worth it.
