Quick delivery, beautifully wrapped gift
I have to say, I was really surprised at how quickly my order arrived. I placed it a little later than usual, but I went for the 48-hour delivery option hoping it would still make it in time for the birthday. But less than 24 hours later, the postman was at my door with the gift all beautifully wrapped up. Not only did it come super fast, but it was also presented so nicely that it made it even more special. The person I gave it to was really happy with it, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Subscription renewal issue
I was really disappointed with the subscription renewal process. At first, I was happy about the 6-month subscription, but I got annoyed when they unexpectedly charged me £19 only 4 months in. I tried to cancel, but they still took the money with no explanation. They ignored my questions about the charge, so I had to contact my bank to cancel the transaction. Luckily, I used a credit card to pay.

Missed Event, Received Refund
The ticket transfer site crashed right before the game, so I ended up missing out on my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets. I had to buy scalped tickets just to get in. But I gave the company a call and they quickly gave me a refund, which was a pleasant surprise. Their fast and easy customer service definitely won me over as a loyal customer.
