Express shipping
I recently bought something online and paid extra for quick shipping so I could get it in two days. But guess what? The thing never showed up on the day it was supposed to. So I called customer service and they said it would be here the next day. Well, surprise, surprise, it still didn't come. Called customer service again, this time asking for a refund for the whole order. They told me they couldn't do that since the item had already been sent out. So I asked for a refund on the express shipping I had paid for, since it clearly wasn't working like it should. After that chat, I got an email saying my item was finally on its way, but it was definitely taking way longer than expected.

Missed Event, Received Refund
The ticket transfer site crashed right before the game, so I ended up missing out on my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets. I had to buy scalped tickets just to get in. But I gave the company a call and they quickly gave me a refund, which was a pleasant surprise. Their fast and easy customer service definitely won me over as a loyal customer.
