Unacceptable refund policy
I wanted to share my recent bad experience with this company. I got a duplicate item as a gift and when I reached out to customer service to fix it, they said it was too late to return or exchange. I think that's not cool, especially because it happened during the holidays when gift-giving is so important. This isn't the first time this has happened with them and I'm really annoyed at how inflexible and unhelpful they've been.

I was super happy with the T-shirts I got from Mexico recently. I'm an international customer, so having FedEx as the delivery company was a big deal for me. I recently purchased a Red Stag and Hind item from ZALORA about a week ago, but I haven't heard a single update from them despite reaching out multiple times. They just keep telling me to wait it out or cancel my order. Frustrated, I decided to contact Red Stag and Hind directly, only to discover that they had no record of my purchase at all. It seems like ZALORA can't be relied upon for purchases, and you're left to deal with the consequences on your own. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and all they seem to be able to offer are refunds as a solution.

I bought a candle from this company not too long ago and, gotta be honest, I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. They talked my wife into buying more stuff that she couldn't change her mind about, and when we tried to get some help from customer service, we never heard back from them. Then, to top it all off, our order got sent out super fast, even though we ordered it in the middle of the night. On top of that, they snuck in a candle for winter in our order, even though it's clearly Spring right now. It was really frustrating how they didn't listen to us or keep us in the loop.

Hey there, I just wanted to share with you my recent experience buying a fridge from this one place. Let me tell you, the service was absolutely on point. Chris and Gilbert really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. At first, I was a bit upset that they couldn't deliver the fridge the night before like we planned. But Chris totally made up for it. He called me early the next morning, apologized for the mix-up, and made sure my delivery was taken care of right away. The delivery guy showed up within an hour, got the fridge all set up, and before I knew it, I was signing off on everything. Thanks to these guys, the whole process was super smooth.
