Durable Luggage and Exceptional Customer Service
I have been a loyal client of Rimowa for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say about their products and customer service.
I first discovered Rimowa through their website and was immediately drawn in by the sleek and modern design of their luggage. I decided to invest in a Rimowa suitcase and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the suitcase is top-notch and it has stood up well to the wear and tear of frequent travel.
In addition to the quality of their products, Rimowa's customer service is also outstanding. I had an issue with one of the wheels on my suitcase and contacted their customer service team. They were prompt in responding and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue.

I just got a Rimowa suitcase and let me tell you, it's worth all the talk. This suitcase is not only super stylish, but also really practical. I even got a Classic Cabin one for my husband and he's just as obsessed with it as I am. The customer service was great too. Unfortunately, my suitcase got a little banged up in shipping with a dent in one corner. But the customer service team made the return super easy and gave me a refund without any problems. Plus, I always get smiles from folks with Rimowa luggage at the airport.

Sturdy, long-lasting, aesthetically stunning, aluminium classic
I just got myself a Rimowa suitcase and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic. It's not just durable and built to last, but it also looks great. I'm all about that classic aluminum style; can't imagine using anything else now when I'm traveling. Rimowa is the go-to check-in luggage in our house. We've got one that's been with us for over ten years, a new addition, and a few in-between, and they all have held up to everything we've put them through and still look amazing.

Suitcase
When I got my suitcase, I was pretty happy with how it looked and the quality seemed good. It worked really well, and you could tell it was made with strong materials. But I was bummed to see that there were no keys for the lock included, which I think should have been part of the deal. Also, it would have been cool to be able to customize the name tag when I ordered online - that would have made my new suitcase even more special.
My suitcase and some weird bag
I recently bought a new suitcase, it came with a soft bag that I didn't really understand the purpose of. The website was user-friendly and had plenty of delivery options. The delivery arrived really quickly and the suitcase looks great. However, I found the extra bag to be unnecessary and not very environmentally friendly. I wish they had used a more sustainable option.
luggage purchase
I got this awesome new luggage set and I was so pumped about it! But then, when it finally showed up, it felt like, ugh, it took forever because the delivery company totally screwed up. They kept sending it to the wrong person, like seriously? But after waiting for like a week, I finally got my luggage and it's amazing!
Classic cabin case purchase
I went to the store to pick out which cabin case to buy, and the employees were so helpful in helping me decide. After checking out all the choices, I went with a really nice classic cabin case and ordered it online. It got here fast, and I'm super happy with it.
Amazing attache case
I got this attache case and let me tell you, it's amazing! Looks exactly like the pictures online and I use it every day for school. My friends even complimented it, they think it's really cool. Plus, it arrived super quickly and it's really well made!
