I just got a magazine subscription, but it was a really bad experience with Magazines Direct. They said it would take 5 weeks to get my magazine, but it actually took 10 weeks and they sent me the wrong one. I tried contacting customer service to fix it and get a refund, but they've been giving me a hard time and not helping at all.

If you're gonna sign up for something at a certain price, you shouldn't have to deal with getting overcharged more than once.

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled about it, but I gotta speak up about my bad time with this company. I've been waiting on my magazines for months now, even though they keep telling me I paid for them. I just ordered Metal Hammer magazine from this website for the first time. It took so long to get here in Germany, like a whole 4 weeks! But thankfully, it arrived all in one piece with just some plastic wrap. It would have been nice to get an email about the shipping, though. Oh well, I can't really complain. I'll most likely order from them again.

I had a really bad experience with this subscription purchase. The people working there were not helpful at all and they didn't seem to know much about what they were selling. I had to keep explaining my situation over and over again, and they still didn't get it. It was a huge waste of time and really frustrating. I left feeling like they didn't care about my business at all.
Theft
They keep taking money out of my account without asking me! I had to ring up the bank to put a stop to those automatic payments. It's just so unprofessional and feels like a total scam. I highly doubt I'll see any of that money back.

I bought a magazine for £7.99 on 12/12. I got an email confirming my order that morning, but it's now 20/12 and I still haven't gotten the magazine or any updates on when it'll arrive. Metal hammer bundle
I just ordered this metal hammer bundle and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess! I waited forever for my order to show up, but heard nothing until I had to bug them about it. Turned out they canceled my order and didn't even bother to tell me because of some issue on their end. And when they finally sent it, they got the order all wrong! I recently got a 6 month subscription online in December for a good price. But things went downhill quick when I kept getting letters saying my payment wasn't going through, even though I clearly saw the charge on my credit card. Then, they went ahead and charged my card three times without my okay before I even got my first issue in February. They did refund the first charge quickly, but now I'm stuck trying to get the second one back. Dealing with this is really frustrating and disappointing. It's a shame to see a company act this way when they should care more about keeping customers happy. I'd tell others to stay away from them, since their subscription system obviously has some major problems that they need to fix.
