Metal Hammer magazine order
I just ordered Metal Hammer magazine from this website for the first time. It took so long to get here in Germany, like a whole 4 weeks! But thankfully, it arrived all in one piece with just some plastic wrap. It would have been nice to get an email about the shipping, though. Oh well, I can't really complain. I'll most likely order from them again.

As someone who's made several orders as a regular customer, I've always been happy with my purchases. I did have a few problems with sizing for some clothes, but the customer service team was really fast and helpful in fixing things. Getting refunds has been easy too, no issues there. Shipping has gotten faster, but it does cost a bit more than I thought it would.

Coat Purchase
It's so frustrating when you really want to buy something from a new company, but then you read a bunch of bad reviews that make you think twice. I had my eye on this awesome coat and was super excited to get it, but all those negative comments made me hesitant to click "buy." I trust other people's feedback, and when I heard about their problems with the company's quality, customer service, and slow shipping, I knew I should probably wait before making a purchase.

Citizen Promaster Aqualand Eco-Drive Diver's 200m with blue strap
I recently bought the Citizen Promaster Aqualand Eco-Drive Diver's 200m watch with a blue strap. I was super excited to get it because I've been a fan of this brand for years and love the quality of their watches. But when I got the watch, I was bummed to find out that the strap was too short. Even though I don't have big wrists, I had to use the second to last hole to make it fit comfortably. This was a letdown for me, especially since I'm a professional diver and need my gear to be functional and comfy.
