The customer service at this place is amazing. I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me and fixed the issues I had. Three tops purchase
I got three tops from this place I'd rather not mention. Big mistake there. I ended up keeping two and sending one back. And that's when the trouble started. I asked for a refund, and they said it would be in my account within 3-5 business days. It's been two weeks now and still no sign of that money. I tried contacting them, but they conveniently ignored me, saying they were too busy to deal with it. And don't even get me started on their chat -- it's just as useless as their customer service. Thinking of taking this up with my bank. Lesson learned, never shopping there again.

Oversized dress purchase
The company's size recommendations for the dress I ordered were way off - it was huge and didn't fit me at all. I tried to exchange it, but the customer service was terrible. Dealing with this company and their fees has been a pain, and I definitely don't want to do it again.
