Shoes and clothing
I just bought some shoes and clothes at this store, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The rewards they have are awesome, giving me a good reason to come back again in the future. It's nice to shop at a place that appreciates their customers and gives them a little extra for their loyalty. The staff is super friendly, which makes shopping there a great experience. I always feel like they take good care of me when I'm there. This store is definitely one of my favorites for shopping for myself.

I had such a great time shopping at Foot Asylum! They had a ton of tracksuits, t-shirts, and shorts in all different colors to pick from. I found everything I was looking for in just one trip and ended up buying more than I planned because I couldn't resist. The stuff I got was really high quality, and I walked out of there feeling happy with my buys. If you need some cool activewear for summer, Foot Asylum is definitely the spot to hit up.
Kids and adult clothes and shoes
I just bought some clothes and shoes for both kids and adults from this store, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the quality was. They had some awesome offers and deals, plus a ton of stuff to pick from which made shopping a lot of fun. And let me tell you, that Next Day Delivery option saved my life - it came right on time with no problems at all. Ordering was fast and easy, and all in all, I had a super great shopping time.
Online order for shoes
I just ordered a pair of shoes online because they didn't have my size in the store. Ordering them was super easy and I chose standard delivery. When they showed up the next day, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. It was really impressive and made online shopping a breeze.
New balance trainers
I walked into the store hoping to buy a pair of New Balance sneakers, but they were out of stock. The employees were really nice and offered to order them for me, even though it was a holiday. I was so happy to get a call the very next day, on Tuesday, telling me my sneakers were ready. That's what I call great customer service!
Cool hoodie and some sneakers
I bought this really cool hoodie and awesome sneakers online, but when they showed up, the sneakers were way too big. I was so disappointed, so I sent them back along with the hoodie. But get this - they only gave me a refund for the hoodie, not the sneakers. It's such a drag, dude. I really wish they would make returns simpler by letting me return things in-store instead of dealing with all this online hassle.
Online order, wrong size, exchanged in-store
I ordered these totally awesome shoes online, but when they got here, they were way too big for my feet 🙄. Luckily, I was able to take them back to the store and the folks there were really chill about exchanging them for the right size. Some of the employees seemed a bit confused at first, but they pointed me in the right direction, so big shoutout to them 👏.
Two items
I bought something at the store not too long ago, but one of the things I got wasn't the right size for me. I had to return it and get my money back. It was a little tricky to return it since I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, but ended up just getting a refund. Even though it was a hassle, I'm happy to say that the refund is on its way.
Trainers for a birthday present
I bought some sneakers as a birthday gift and almost messed up by ordering late. But, I was happy to see that the delivery was actually super quick. They showed up two days before they were supposed to, which was a nice shock. I'll for sure keep shopping at this store and tell my friends about it because the service was so dependable and fast.

Multiple items
I had a terrible experience with my online order! The items I purchased were delayed and I was informed they were at the parcel shop when they actually weren't. I received a message saying my order was being sent back. The customer service on WhatsApp and live chat was no help at all, it felt like I was going in circles with no solution in sight. After reaching out through DM and Twitter, I was finally able to get a replacement sent, but some items were out of stock so I only received 2 items in the end. On the positive side, the items arrived quickly and I was given a discount on my next order. However, the sizes were wrong so I had to return them and reorder. It took a while to get my refund, but after contacting them via DM, I got a quick response and the problem was fixed because they had used the wrong order number. Luckily, I got my refund back in my bank account promptly. My advice for anyone dealing with complicated questions or issues is to use direct messaging for better outcomes. Overall, it was a lot of work to get my items and refund, hence the 3-star rating.

I was really looking forward to getting my order the next day when I placed it on Thursday, but guess what? I ended up waiting until Sunday to actually receive it. I was so disappointed! I even paid extra for that speedy delivery, but it all turned out to be a waste. It's frustrating when a company says one thing and does another. I won't be fooled by that again, that's for sure.
