Simple and elegant dresses
My shopping trip at this store was seriously awesome. The dresses I got were so classy and stylish, perfect for any event. The fabric was top quality and the stitching was perfect. I never thought the price was too much for the great value I got. The customer service was top-notch - the staff was always nice, helpful, and really paid attention to what I needed. I've had some not-so-great experiences with local stores in the US, so finding this awesome online store has been a total game-changer for me. I totally recommend shopping here for all your fashion must-haves.

Valentine's Day gift
My experience with this company wasn't the best. I ordered a pair of boots for my husband for Valentine's Day, but I never got a heads up that they were on backorder. When I reached out to customer service to ask why my order hadn't shown up, they told me the boots were on backorder. Not only that, they canceled my order and gave me a refund without even asking me first. I would've been okay waiting for the boots since my husband really wanted them, but I wasn't even given that choice. I've had good experiences with this company before, but this time was a letdown.

Statue for husband's birthday
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe it! I ordered this statue for my husband's birthday and it's been a complete disaster. First, they sent me the wrong item not just once, but twice! Seriously, can you believe that? Then, I had to call their customer service which was a pain, and send them photos of the damaged product. Like, why do I have to do all this extra work for them? And on top of that, I had to deal with all the packing and cleaning up that styrofoam packing material, like I'm their employee or something. It's been such a hassle, and I am totally done with it!

Robot vacuum purchase
I recently bought this robot vacuum and it's been a total letdown. It keeps glitching out, so I've had to call customer service a bunch of times for help. But man, dealing with their team has been anything but pleasant. They sent me a new one once, but surprise, it was messed up too. Trying to figure out what's wrong has been a headache and a time suck. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this product after going through all this mess.

Cool bracelet
My mom got me this really awesome bracelet, but it was too small. We had to exchange it for a bigger size and the people there were really nice and helped us quickly. Now I have this amazing bracelet that fits perfectly and I wear it all the time. It's the best!

Recent Air Travel Experience
I recently got to fly with an airline for two flights in Europe, each with a layover in a big city. The whole process went super smooth and was way better than I thought it would be in terms of service and help. Another time, my flight got canceled, but the airline's customer support team fixed everything right away without charging me extra or making it difficult. They handled the whole thing really professionally and quickly, making sure my travel plans stayed on track.

As someone who shops at CVS, I gotta say, my last time there wasn't great. The ordering process was super confusing, the website had unclear instructions. And when I went to the store, the service was meh - the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all. Plus, the prices were way higher than other stores around. To top it off, my order showed up super late, which was annoying. Overall, I was pretty let down by CVS and I wouldn't suggest going there.

Wine gift basket
I gotta say, my experience as a customer of winebasket was pretty disappointing. Right from the start when I placed my order, I ran into problems with their customer service. Even though they charged my card, the wine gift basket I bought never showed up. When I tried to get help, I got no response, no effort to fix things, and they wouldn't even give me a refund. This level of unaccountability and lack of professionalism is just not okay for a company that's supposed to be reputable. I definitely recommend folks to check out other places for their wine gift basket needs.

Makeup set
I ordered a makeup set, but I never got a confirmation email or the package. I've been trying to reach out to customer service, but they haven't gotten back to me. I feel like I got scammed and I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication.
