Birthday gift basket
I ordered a birthday gift basket for my mom, but Winebasket totally messed up and sent it to the wrong address! Can you believe that? They had someone else sign for it, and then had the nerve to blame me for giving the wrong address. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and wouldn't even make an effort to correct their mistake. Can you imagine?
Cucina Wine Basket shipped to Arizona
I just had to share about this Cucina Wine Basket that I ordered as a birthday gift for my daughter. Let me tell you, the shipping was so fast and they kept me updated the whole time. When my daughter got the basket, she was over the moon! It was such a perfect gift. I will for sure be ordering from here again. Thank you!
$300 wine and chocolate basket with overnight shipping
I recently ordered a wine and chocolate basket worth $300 from this company. I chose overnight shipping to make sure the chocolates didn't melt, but it ended up arriving three days late with some melted chocolates. I asked for a shipping credit, which they promised, but it's been over two weeks and I still haven't seen it. When I followed up, they said their accounting department was swamped. It shouldn't take this long for a simple refund. I usually order gift baskets from a different company, but I wanted to try this one because they had the specific basket I wanted. Sadly, this whole situation has left me pretty disappointed, and I won't be buying from them again.

I just ordered a wine gift basket from this website, and man, let me tell you, it was a total let-down. The ordering process was a mess and their website was a nightmare to navigate. When I finally got my order in, it took forever to get delivered. And get this - the delivery company they used claimed they tried multiple times, even though there was always someone around to get it. And then they have the nerve to charge me an extra $20 for the undelivered package, which is just plain unprofessional. Customer service was no help and didn't take my concerns seriously. Long story short, this was a terrible experience and I won't be coming back.
Gift basket purchase for a birthday
I just bought a gift basket for my friend's birthday, but they never got it. I reached out to customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful or professional. I was really let down by the whole situation and won't be buying from them again.
Wine gift basket
I gotta say, my experience as a customer of winebasket was pretty disappointing. Right from the start when I placed my order, I ran into problems with their customer service. Even though they charged my card, the wine gift basket I bought never showed up. When I tried to get help, I got no response, no effort to fix things, and they wouldn't even give me a refund. This level of unaccountability and lack of professionalism is just not okay for a company that's supposed to be reputable. I definitely recommend folks to check out other places for their wine gift basket needs.
Ribbon customization disappointment
I bought a gift basket from this company and man, I was not happy with the service I got. I took the time to type out a message to go on the ribbon for the basket, but when I got it, the ribbon was plain. They totally missed the mark on paying attention to details and didn't follow through on what I asked. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and brushed me off. My whole experience with this company was just meh, and I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.

They sent the winebasket to the wrong address! Then they got a signature from J. Musgrove without even checking that it was addressed to my brother, Lane LePera. When I called them, they were rude, and accusing, told me if I reversed the Paypal Charges (good thing I did) they would refuse to give me a discount on sending the basket to the right address. Ugly people. Will not ever order from them again!!
Christmas Wine and Food Basket
Horrible experience this year (2021) with gift order. Ordered on 12/14 for delivery on 12/23. Order was not shipped until 12/22 with delivery date "estimated" for 12/24 by 9 pm! No tracking information provided. When one clicks on the FEDEX link, it goes to "no page found." When I called to find out what was going on, the customer service representative was rude and attempted to blame and FEDEX for the problem. The company should monitor pending orders, make sure they are sent on the correct date, and provide tracking information. Easy to do and available from other similar companies. The company should set up customer service training to properly advise and train representatives to address customer concerns, especially problems. Never again. Next stop Better Business Bureau to file a complaint there.
Have the same issue. Was to be delivered on 1/22. Till today no information on when the basket will be delivered. FedEx site shows Pending deliver date for last 3 days. The lady on the phone was no help at all and says it could take 10 days which was not mentioned on their site when I placed the order. Never order from them again.
