Hotel reservation through ParkSleepFly
I just booked a hotel room through this service, but it ended up being a letdown. When I got there, the hotel said they had no record of my reservation, even though I double-checked with the service beforehand. Then, to top it off, they made me pay again at check-in because they said they had to "book it new." The whole situation was really frustrating due to the lack of communication and organization.

I just ordered a wine gift basket from this website, and man, let me tell you, it was a total let-down. The ordering process was a mess and their website was a nightmare to navigate. When I finally got my order in, it took forever to get delivered. And get this - the delivery company they used claimed they tried multiple times, even though there was always someone around to get it. And then they have the nerve to charge me an extra $20 for the undelivered package, which is just plain unprofessional. Customer service was no help and didn't take my concerns seriously. Long story short, this was a terrible experience and I won't be coming back.
