    I had a question the other day and decided to use the live chat on their website. A guy named Nathaniel helped me out real quick and was super professional. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the customer service. I'm happy my issue got resolved so fast.

    I've been buying from this brand for years, but lately, I've noticed a big drop in the customer service. It's really disappointing to see how little they seem to care about long-time customers like me with valid concerns. The representatives aren't helpful at all, they give conflicting information, and they take forever to get back to you, so it's impossible to get anything resolved quickly. On top of that, their product selection is pretty boring now, and they're always out of stock on items I want to buy. It's sad to see a company that used to be great go downhill like this.

    11 items (bags, shoes, dresses, cardigan, leggings)

    I just bought 11 things from this store like bags, shoes, dresses, cardigan, and leggings. But, I haven't gotten any of it and the store took all the money from my bank account. I'm a single mom, so this has really messed up my finances. I really need the store to look into this and get it sorted out ASAP. It's pretty stressful not hearing anything from them and not knowing what's going on. I just hope they fix this mess right away.

    Ticket debacle

    I just wanted to grab some tickets to see my favorite band, but it ended up being a disaster! I tried buying the tickets online, and my card got charged THREE times for way more than I expected. Plus, I couldn't even get back into my account! I had to make a new one, and the prices just kept climbing. When I reached out for help, all I got was a lousy automated message basically saying, "Good luck, figure it out yourself." It was super frustrating and irritating. I doubt I'll ever use that website again!

    Tactical shorts purchase

    I just bought some tactical shorts from this company and I gotta say, the quality of the product was pretty good. But man, when I had an issue with a lost item, the customer service support was seriously lacking. In this day and age, you need a phone number to quickly sort out problems. I could only reach them by email and it felt like the rep was only around one day a week to help out. That's just not enough if they want to grow their customer base and make people happy.

    Record keeping and online bill paying

    I've been using this platform for a while now, mainly for keeping records and paying bills online. Recently, I've seen that the new versions have extra features like tracking investments and setting goals, which I don't really use. Because of these additions, I'm now being charged an annual fee that includes these features I don't need. It's frustrating because there isn't a cheaper option without these extras.

    Ribbon customization disappointment

    I bought a gift basket from this company and man, I was not happy with the service I got. I took the time to type out a message to go on the ribbon for the basket, but when I got it, the ribbon was plain. They totally missed the mark on paying attention to details and didn't follow through on what I asked. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and brushed me off. My whole experience with this company was just meh, and I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
