Never buying from them again
You all are terrible. Customer service here is the worst. They don't give a damn about us, just our money. Save your energy, don't bother asking for help - it's just a waste of time.
Concert tickets
I was so let down by the customer service I got while trying to fix an issue with my concert tickets. It felt like they didn't even want to help me or find a fair solution. It's frustrating how they care more about making sales than helping out customers in need.

I bought tickets for a big event way ahead of time, but two weeks before the show, I still hadn't gotten them. Even though I got a bunch of emails saying they were coming soon. The tracking info just said a tracking number was made, but didn't tell me where my tickets were. When I tried to get in touch with the company 48 hours before the show like they said, they didn't answer my email. I was stressing about how I'd get my tickets in time. Plus, the $18.00 I paid for shipping the tickets and parking pass wasn't refundable, even though their delivery system clearly failed. Dealing with this company has been a real letdown and hassle.

Oh my gosh, that concert in Vegas was the absolute worst! It was a total disaster and on top of that, the company wouldn't even give me a refund for the ticket. Like, seriously? I would never suggest this to anyone. Like, never ever!

I looked into their reputation on sites like the Better Business Bureau and Facebook, and found that others had similar experiences of being scammed. I am so mad at the lack of customer service and responsibility from this company. They really need to step up their game if they want to be taken seriously.
Boots and Hearts Music Festival tickets
I had such a terrible time dealing with tickets for Boots and Hearts in Ontario. I bought tickets to catch Sam Hunt and some other artists at the festival, but then last minute I found out that several artists, including Sam Hunt, wouldn't be there. When I asked for a refund, they said no refunds no matter what, even if some acts cancel. It's just plain wrong and their customer service is completely unacceptable. So frustrating!
Stolen event wristbands
I was so bummed when my wristbands for this event got jacked, totally messing up my plans. But Front Gate Tickets and their awesome dude, Brandon, totally saved the day. They totally got why I was freaking out, promised to fix things, and then went above and beyond by sending new wristbands. Brandon was super cool and understanding, and the company was quick and generous, making the whole situation a breeze. I seriously can't thank them enough for such killer customer service and for making sure I was happy. I definitely recommend Front Gate Tickets to anyone who needs solid ticketing services.
Refund issues
I had a problem with a refund I got for a ticket I bought. The refund got messed up, with one card getting the wrong amount back and another card getting refunded even though I didn't use it for the purchase. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they weren't very helpful and just made excuses. I just got tickets for the Sick New World event in Vegas from this online ticket seller, and man, it was a mess. The website messed up while I was paying, so I ended up buying twice as many tickets as I actually needed. When I asked customer service for help, they were no help at all. They were so cold and uncaring, only caring about their stupid "no refunds" rule, even though it was clearly their mistake. The ticket sales for the SEA HEAR NOW festival on March 7, 2024, were a total mess. I signed up for the presale code, hopped in line before 10 am, only to end up stuck on the standby page for over an hour with the page refreshing constantly. I never got a message saying the tickets were all gone, but when I checked the secondary market right after 10 am, tickets were being sold for crazy prices. It feels like the scalpers got first dibs over us actual fans. A lot of my friends had no luck getting tickets either, and social media was buzzing with the same frustration. Warning there's a possibility of losing your money!
I bought tickets to a Las Vegas show from the Ticketmaster online platform but didn't receive them. I've contacted Ticketmaster customer service but no response has been forthcoming. From my experience, I think they are refusing to offer a refund, even though they say they'll do it on their website. Before you spend your money on Ticketmaster I suggest you look up their reviews from other customers (wish I did) it seems they have a history of ripping people off. I'll continue to pursue them for a refund, hope I hear from them soon.
