I just bought this coat online yesterday afternoon, and then last night I saw the price had gone down by over $50. So I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for the difference, but they basically told me tough luck. It's frustrating to see such a company not care about keeping a loyal customer happy. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service like this before.

My super cool t-shirt order
I recently got this really cool t-shirt order, but some of them have ink that's not consistent. It's weird because one side has a super bold design, but the other side is barely visible. Maybe they didn't use enough ink or the printer was having an off day, who knows. I ordered 12 shirts and about 3 or 4 of them are messed up like that. It's disappointing, dude.

Mobile app, lack of support, unpaid contributors
The mobile app seemed like it was going to be great at first, but it actually went downhill pretty fast. Payments for contributors were super delayed, the customer support kinda disappeared, and sales tanked. The app is outdated, glitchy, and just not helpful at all for contributors. It's like there's no support at all, and none of the numbers are working right, so we can't even tell if it's doing anything good.

DIY guitar kit
I ordered a DIY guitar kit from thefretwire on 8/8/22. As of today I've received zero notifications regarding shipping, and I'm unable to connect with an actual human being to get an update. I did email them last week and haven't got a response. I've also left a voicemail...same results. The kit should have been shipped within 4 days of my order based on what their website lists. I'm glad I ordered using a credit card so I should be able to dispute the charges and get a full refund. I'm bummed because this was going to be a fun project to complete with my daughter.
