Oh my gosh, that concert in Vegas was the absolute worst! It was a total disaster and on top of that, the company wouldn't even give me a refund for the ticket. Like, seriously? I would never suggest this to anyone. Like, never ever!

I just bought this coat online yesterday afternoon, and then last night I saw the price had gone down by over $50. So I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for the difference, but they basically told me tough luck. It's frustrating to see such a company not care about keeping a loyal customer happy. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service like this before.

I sent back my purchase more than a month ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. I've been making endless calls, but haven't heard anything back despite being told it was escalated. Blaming Brexit for the delays is a weak excuse. I've been a customer for nearly twenty years, but this experience was a huge letdown. I won't be purchasing directly from them again.

My super cool t-shirt order
I recently got this really cool t-shirt order, but some of them have ink that's not consistent. It's weird because one side has a super bold design, but the other side is barely visible. Maybe they didn't use enough ink or the printer was having an off day, who knows. I ordered 12 shirts and about 3 or 4 of them are messed up like that. It's disappointing, dude.

Fruit arrangement purchase
I bought a fruit arrangement from here recently, and it was a terrible experience. The customer service was really disappointing. Everything seemed fine when I placed my order, but then on the delivery date, they called to say the address was wrong, even though I know I gave them the right one. This caused a delay in delivery, which was frustrating. It seemed like they weren't paying attention to detail, and we didn't get our order on time.<br><br> They rescheduled for two days later, but even then, they didn't deliver during the specified time window. Instead, they left it on the doorstep later that day, which wasn't very professional. To make things worse, when we finally got the fruit arrangement, the fruit wasn't fresh and seemed like it had been sitting for a couple of days. That was really disappointing and not worth what we paid.<br><br> Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a reliable and quality fruit arrangement. The customer service was lacking, the delivery process was disorganized, and the whole experience was below expectations.

Oh my gosh, do not even think about buying from this place!! The person selling is a total scammer and the customer service team is absolutely useless. They took my hard-earned cash and didn't even bother to respond to any of my messages. It's such a letdown, please do yourself a favor and keep your money safe!!

I just bought two new pairs of progressive lenses from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed by their amazing customer service and the great quality of the product. When one of the lenses didn't quite work for me, they swapped it out for a different option right away at no extra charge. It was super easy and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. DIY guitar kit
I ordered a DIY guitar kit from thefretwire on 8/8/22. As of today I've received zero notifications regarding shipping, and I'm unable to connect with an actual human being to get an update. I did email them last week and haven't got a response. I've also left a voicemail...same results. The kit should have been shipped within 4 days of my order based on what their website lists. I'm glad I ordered using a credit card so I should be able to dispute the charges and get a full refund. I'm bummed because this was going to be a fun project to complete with my daughter.

I got outbyte pcrepair for my windows 7 and my wife's windows 10 in hopes to optimize performance and clean junk files as advertised. we were quite surprised how smooth it worked and how fast it located all the questionable items. their support is excellent, I talked to one of the assist personnel and they navigated me through all the items found. left a good impression on me and my wife
