I actually clicked buy because the listing looked legit, but the key they sent—or rather didn't send—was out of stock. I contacted support, they said I'd get a refund, then silence. The same item stayed on sale, so people keep getting stuck. It's usable when it works maybe, but here it failed. Wouldn’t trust it; hope they clean up.
Region-lock runaround
I spotted their deal in a gaming newsletter a friend forwarded me and thought great, global key. Turned out it was region‑locked and wouldn't activate. Customer service wouldn't refund right away — they said they'd relist the key and only refund if someone bought it. I waited weeks, like, weeks, annoying.
