Weekend wasted — needed a key to play Elden Ring with friends, paid $34 and never got an email. My profile says "nothing found" when I click the (nonexistent) key. Feels pretty scammy, honestly though.
Mixed results, slow support
I first saw them on a tech forum and even told a buddy to try them. Delivery was quick and tracking fine, but some keys were already used or later stopped working. Support barely replied and refund is still pending.
Mixed luck with region lock
I felt iffy before buying — wondered if it'd run in my region. Code came instantly, but it failed to activate. Support said since I viewed the code no refund. Still annoyed; delivery instant.
Misleading listing
I actually clicked buy because the listing looked legit, but the key they sent—or rather didn't send—was out of stock. I contacted support, they said I'd get a refund, then silence. The same item stayed on sale, so people keep getting stuck. It's usable when it works maybe, but here it failed. Wouldn’t trust it; hope they clean up.
Super reliable and cheap
keys arrive fast, site feels safe. Sometimes a tiny delay in checkout but nothing major. Good prices, easy to use, I keep coming back.
Region-lock runaround
I spotted their deal in a gaming newsletter a friend forwarded me and thought great, global key. Turned out it was region‑locked and wouldn't activate. Customer service wouldn't refund right away — they said they'd relist the key and only refund if someone bought it. I waited weeks, like, weeks, annoying. In the end the refund showed up, so not ideal but at least it was resolved.
Mostly great games, support is messy
I grabbed a game bundle last weekend and jumped in right away — most keys worked and I was playing within minutes, which felt awesome. One key was a duplicate though, so I reached out to support. They asked for a ton of screenshots and the upload on their site was clunky. I sent everything and got a generic "we're escalating" reply, then silence for days. Frustrating, but the games are good and the price was solid, so I'd use them again, just expect slow support.
Unexpected region issue
Was just trying to grab a Steam global key to play in the evenings — I use these keys for nightly gaming, it's part of my routine. The key turned out to be region locked and couldn't be redeemed in my country. Support replied fast, which was a surprise, but then they wanted multiple screenshots of my client and account — a bit much. Won't order here again.
Surprisingly decent after a hiccup
Overall I'm actually glad I bought this, though it started out as a headache. I bought a Space Engineers key yesterday and tried to redeem it — at first I couldn't even find the key in my account. I opened a ticket and tried the live chat; chat felt like a single response bot and it wouldn't reopen on desktop, only worked on my phone. I almost asked for a refund, but support replied within a day and the key showed up and redeemed fine. It worked and I'm glad I stuck with it. Honestly, would buy again, just be patient though.
Key failed, support went radio silent
not worth the risk. I paid about €36 for a Steam key and it was invalid for my region (Europe). I checked thoroughly — it's region-locked. I sent screenshots to support and opened the ticket like they asked, but then they vanished. No working key, no refund, money gone. Kinda disappointing, especially for the price. My advice: confirm region activation before you buy, or avoid this seller if you don't want the hassle. I might try to pursue it, but I probably won't bother.
Bought a key, activation failed — PayPal fixed it
immediate disappointment. I reached out to support and they kept asking for screenshots I already emailed; their site won't accept files over 1MB so I sent a video link instead. Still the same requests, over and over. Felt like a runaround, so I opened a PayPal dispute and got refunded. Not great, but relieved PayPal helped.
Crypto purchase gone wrong
refund process did start, but it was useless. I'm honestly annoyed and disappointed.
Late-night find
support was slow to answer, and my key took longer than promised. After nudging them a few times we finally got the key and it worked fine. Still, communication could be better, but the purchase itself ended up okay, not perfect but usable. I mean, I would use them again, but cautiously.
Key hiccup, but not the worst
I bought WWE 2K23 Deluxe and the key showed up as already used — annoying, yeah. Weirdly the checkout was smooth and the price was okay, so I stuck around. I’ve had strange stuff before from other sellers, once a key had extra dashes and I had to fiddle to make it work, took days — so this wasn’t totally surprising. Support replied, a bit slow, but at least they replied. I paid via PayPal and am sorting a refund now. Not perfect, and I won’t rush back, but it wasn’t a straight-up scam in my book.
Late-night deal turned lesson
I spotted a Steam key on a deals subreddit at midnight and even tipped my buddy about it. Paid about $45, popped the key in and Steam rejected it — region locked, wouldn’t activate. I checked everything, grabbed screenshots and opened a ticket. They said thanks for the report and then ghosted me. No new key, no refund, just waiting and annoyance. After I posted this review HRKGame finally reached out and refunded the money. That’s the moment I actually relaxed. Felt stupid for a day, then relieved.
One-time-only surprise
the keys arrived fast, no drama there, so that was fine. Second thing: only one account accepted the package because apparently it can be activated only once per account. Support told me they wouldn't refund me because I had "seen the codes." I mean, okay, I saw them, but they still can't be redeemed. So my hesitation was justified and it didn't go away — I'm stuck with a useless key and a customer service answer that felt flat and final.
Finally stopped wasting time
I was buying a stack of cheap games to fill weeknight playtime and at first it felt fine — until a few keys wouldn’t work. I sent screenshots, filled out their slow support form, waited, then started a live chat. The chat was glacial, like minutes between replies, sometimes over an hour. They kept telling me to open a Steam ticket to prove I wasn’t the buyer, which felt like passing the buck. I asked for replacements or a refund and after endless back-and-forth I just closed the laptop. The exact moment I felt okay about it was when I realized the money was small compared to the hours I was wasting — and I decided I’d rather spend my time somewhere else. So yeah, annoyed, but also relieved I quit. I still use the working games for short sessions after work, so it wasn’t all lost. Won’t buy more from them though, not worth the friction.
Buddy's deal turned sketchy
I couldn't redeem the code because apparently someone else already had. They accused me, but SEGA support ran a check and said the redemption email came from a Bulgarian abv.bg address. I've never been to Bulgaria, never used that domain, so yeah — my key was stolen. Either an inside job or a hacker intercepting codes, which smells like pretty sloppy delivery/security. Customer service was defensive and a bit clumsy, and I had to push for answers. Heads up: decent price but be ready for delivery headaches and awkward support conversations.
Code showed up wrong, support vanished
Steam said wrong region, and their site clearly said “GLOBAL.” I messaged support and they asked for proof, which I gave — multiple screenshots, the whole thing. After that it went sideways: they refused to issue a refund or send a working key, and their reply was basically “wait until we resell the key, then we’ll refund you.” That was over a month ago. I’ve sent follow-up emails, replied in the ticket, asked nicely, and now… crickets. No replacement, no money back, and customer service stopped answering. I’m annoyed and a bit let down, especially since I told my friend about it. If you care about getting what you paid for and not chasing people, be careful with their delivery and service. Heads up.
Finally got my money back, but not smoothly
double-check what the key actually includes and ask for confirmation before buying. Also be ready to nag support. Surprise detail: the DLC did show up correctly, just useless without the base game.
