Vrocket 30$ campaign
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Vrocket. I paid to them for a 30$ campaign and I selected the areas to be targeted as USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, India and Malaysia. However, due to some mistake done by the Vrocket team, they erroneously broadcasted my campaign only in India and Malaysia. When I pointed this out to them, their main guy Yanick gave me a very dumb excuse and did not accept his mistake as a true professional.
The money spent by me for this campaign went down the drain as the the whole purpose of my campaign to get audience from English speaking countries USA and UK was defeated.USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand might have much higher cost for promoting any video. For instance, you pay for 1000 showings (not views) 0.4 EUR for all over the world and 2.5 EUR for the UK market. I guess, to advertise something in rich countries, you have to pay something around 6 times more
$30 promo
This company is scandalous and fake! I paid them $30 to run a campaign on Monday , Feb 15th and tried to establish an account online. I immediately got a receipt to my email address that the money was taken from my account, but no emails regarding the campaign or setting up my account. The next day, I tried to monitor my campaign in the site and got an error message that there’s no account under my email address . I immediately started panicking and messaging “customer support” to ask about my campaign and they responded TWO days later via EMAIL asking me for the EMAIL ADRESS used for the campaign (which is the same one they were messaging) I immediately told them
the correct email address and got no response until i bomboarded their “customer support” inbox TWO DAYS LATET AGAIN with threatening lawsuit and providing my proof of payment showing that I paid and the receipt was sent to the email address I initially provide.
This is the message I received from “Yanick Targonski”: We see no campaign linked to this email address in VRocket. If you have logged in with Facebook for example, then it would be the email address of your Facebook account. Kindly check again and let us know. There is no campaign initiated under that email address.”

I worked with VRocket the past month to promote my youtube channel. Some of my videos did really well with the promotion, even though I had to start from zero with a new channel. Subscribers are growing gradually and I added about 300 subs in the past 2 weeks. Good support and communication. Can recommend them to YouTubers.
Wow!! I came here to check on views,and came across this! Not very encouraging at ALL!
