Social media management tool
Lately, the social media management tool I've been using has been really frustrating. It used to be a great tool, costing only £15 per year, but now it's jumped up to £7.99 per month. On top of that, they've taken away a bunch of features that were really helpful, like auto replies and Instagram feed integration. The only feature that was still kind of useful, the "Copy Followers" search, isn't working properly anymore. When I try to search for someone or something specific, the results are all over the place. And to make matters worse, I have to keep reauthenticating every time I click on something, which is just a huge pain and a waste of time.
Social media analytics purchase
I was really hoping this site would make it easier for me to keep track of all my social media posts, but I was pretty disappointed when I realized it was only showing about half of them over a whole 90 days. I even went ahead and bought a month subscription, thinking it might improve the situation, but it didn't. I tried asking questions like they suggested, but it seemed like they were ignoring me. I even reached out on Twitter for help, but I didn't get anywhere. Honestly, the customer service on this site is just the worst.
Persistent solicitation and harassment
This company keeps bothering us by using our online schedules to book sales team members without asking. They just won't stop trying to get us to sign up for their app, and it's really getting in the way of our work.
Helps with app problem
I'm 12 years old and I was using this free app on my iPhone, but it wasn't working. I emailed them about the issue and they fixed it really quickly!
Email marketing annoyance
This company kept hitting my inbox every single day with emails, and it was a real pain trying to unsubscribe from all that spam. When a company decides to promote themselves in a certain way, it shows a whole lot about what they stand for and how professional they are. And let me tell you, with the way they kept bombarding me with spam, I can only guess at what their business practices are like. Dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about what their customers want or their personal space is beyond aggravating.
Email Marketing Software
I recently tested out this email marketing software that was supposed to be super easy to use and deliver fantastic results. But let me tell you, all I got was a bunch of unwanted spam emails flooding my inbox every single day from all sorts of different addresses. Not only was the software a letdown, but the company wasn't even following CAN-Spam regulations. Trying to unsubscribe from their emails was a nightmare - I'd stop getting messages from one address, only to get bombarded from another. It was beyond frustrating, just plain shameful.
Email Marketing Service
I've been using this email marketing service, and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. I keep getting bombarded with spam emails left and right, and I can't seem to find a way to stop them. They're coming from all these fake email accounts, so blocking or filtering them has been impossible. I've tried reaching out for help multiple times, but no one's gotten back to me. It's like I'm stuck in this endless loop of spam and harassment. The way they're treating my privacy and communication preferences is just not cool, and I'm even thinking about taking legal action. It's situations like these that give email marketing a bad name and show the ugly side of the internet. Honestly, I'm super disappointed in the service I'm getting and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Poor service, videos not posted correctly
If I could rate it a zero, I totally would. I've never had such terrible service. The videos never get posted right, it's like the platform just picks random ones. The customer support is awful, they never actually solve anything and it takes them forever to even respond. I invested in the yearly subscription, but now I can't even get my money back. I am so frustrated. It's definitely not worth the cost and all the hassle. Crowdfire is just the worst.
Crowdfire experience
My experience with Crowdfire was disappointing. I started off with the free version, but it wasn't quite what I needed. I tried to cancel my account and get my data deleted like they said in their FAQ, but after sending a bunch of emails to their support team, I never got a response. I'm still getting ads I don't want. It's worrisome that they don't seem to care about user issues or keeping data safe. The lack of customer support and difficulty with deleting data is really frustrating and makes me wonder how much they really care about user privacy and happiness.
Spam emails Every Day
Oh my gosh, this company is seriously the worst! They keep sending me spam emails every day, and it's driving me insane! I never even signed up for this stuff, and now my inbox is just flooded with their annoying messages. It's like a never-ending nightmare that just won't end. I am so frustrated with this situation, and I just want it to stop!
Spamming, offensive messages
This company has been spamming our business nonstop for months. They've been sending rude and scary messages through email, LinkedIn, and our website chat. It's not okay and we're taking legal action against them.
Subscription auto-renewal issue
I had a really frustrating experience with the subscription auto-renewal thing on this service I use. Out of nowhere, my plan renewed itself and charged me for something I don't even want anymore. It's pretty disappointing that they didn't give me a heads up about it.
Social media management tool updates
The recent updates to the terms of service on different social media sites really shook things up for this social media management tool. They took away a bunch of cool features, which is a bummer. But the platform is staying on top of things to make sure users don't get kicked off for breaking the rules. It's nice to see they're keeping an eye on changes in social media rules and staying ahead of the game.
Email spamming
They just keep hitting me with those annoying emails every single day, coming from all kinds of different addresses. It's seriously getting on my nerves! When are they gonna cut it out already?!
Social media follower-building tool
I used Crowdfire about 5 years ago and thought it was pretty cool. However, these days I don't really see the point. It takes too long to set up and I could easily just do the work manually instead.
Premium plan purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the premium plan. The auto-posting feature just wasn't cutting it for me, which meant I didn't get all the perks I was expecting. What really got me was the fact that the website promised the plan wouldn't renew automatically, but guess what? It did. I reached out for a refund and answers, but it took forever to hear back. By the time I did, I was irritated and felt like I had been lied to. This whole situation really made me doubt how upfront and reliable the service actually is.
Social media management tool
In my opinion, that social media management tool really did the trick for me. It made it simple to plan out posts, keep an eye on analytics, and handle a bunch of accounts all at once. I liked how easy it was to use and all the different options it had to boost my social media game. In the end, I was pleased with how well it worked and the outcomes I got.
Unwanted spam emails
I keep getting so many annoying spam emails from this company trying to sell me stuff I don't want. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times but the emails just keep coming. It's really annoying and makes me not trust them at all. I definitely won't be using anything from them.
Subscription renewal experience
I agree with what others have said about the lack of communication regarding subscription renewals with this service. It's frustrating not getting any email reminders and not seeing the payment show up on the backend. It worries me that the billing records are outdated by two years, showing a lack of attention to detail from the company. The customer service team doesn't seem to be very helpful in fixing these issues quickly, making things even more frustrating. The current features don't seem as good as they used to be, making it seem like the company is only interested in making money instead of keeping customers happy. I did eventually get a refund, but it shouldn't have been so hard to fix the problem in the first place.
Crowdfire: A Decent Social Media Management Tool
I have been using Crowdfire for a few months now and I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with the service. It's definitely helped me grow my social media presence, especially on Twitter and Instagram.
One of the best things about Crowdfire is the wide range of features it offers. From finding and scheduling content to analyzing my performance, it's all there. The user interface is easy to navigate and the app is pretty intuitive.
One thing I will say is that the free version of the app does come with some limitations, but if you're willing to pay for the premium version, you'll have access to even more features. The pricing isn't too steep in my opinion, especially considering all that you get.
Overall, I would recommend giving Crowdfire a try if you're looking to boost your social media game. It's a solid tool that has helped me out quite a bit.
