Premium plan purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the premium plan. The auto-posting feature just wasn't cutting it for me, which meant I didn't get all the perks I was expecting. What really got me was the fact that the website promised the plan wouldn't renew automatically, but guess what? It did. I reached out for a refund and answers, but it took forever to hear back. By the time I did, I was irritated and felt like I had been lied to. This whole situation really made me doubt how upfront and reliable the service actually is.
