Big family slideshow project
Recently, I took on a big project making two slideshows for my aunt's 92nd birthday. I included more than 200 photos of my cousins and their families. It was pretty easy using Smilebox's templates, drag-and-drop feature, and music library. I did run into a small problem with the music on the second slideshow, but the Support Team, especially Olha, fixed it super fast. Overall, I'm so happy with how it turned out and being able to send a digital hug to my extended family.

I've been having a tough time finding good investment chances on this platform. It seems like there's a lot of interest and not enough options. Insurance claim denial
My stuff that I made sure was safe got sent over to me all broken. So I went ahead and put in a claim with the insurance I got, but they said no way, their person who checks things out said the driver and the truck didn't get into any accidents, so it's my fault that my stuff is all messed up. The stuff that those crazy drivers messed up was worth $1400, but Upack doesn't even care. They don't care about us customers. I've used them three times in the past four years and dropped almost $10K, so I'm really let down.

Subscription renewal experience
I agree with what others have said about the lack of communication regarding subscription renewals with this service. It's frustrating not getting any email reminders and not seeing the payment show up on the backend. It worries me that the billing records are outdated by two years, showing a lack of attention to detail from the company. The customer service team doesn't seem to be very helpful in fixing these issues quickly, making things even more frustrating. The current features don't seem as good as they used to be, making it seem like the company is only interested in making money instead of keeping customers happy. I did eventually get a refund, but it shouldn't have been so hard to fix the problem in the first place.

These serve me well, as my hands look like they came straight outta the salon, and I love how they don’t feel like straight plastic, color press ons... plus they’re very sturdy and durable, as far as working while wearing them goes. I didn’t use the sticky tabs, I used a really good nail adhesive that I ordered separately. Definitely worth buying again. And I do plan to!
