    Inefficient photo downloading

    I can't believe how much time I've wasted trying to download photos for a slideshow on this website. Dealing with the technical issues and the fact that there's no real customer support has been a complete nightmare. I've been a loyal member for years, expecting things to get better, but nothing has improved. It's frustrating that I can't access or save my old slideshows without paying for a subscription. It feels like all they care about is making money without making sure their platform actually works.

    I recently found this awesome service for making personalized digital greeting cards and let me tell you, I was super impressed. Choosing templates, uploading photos, and adding music was so easy and straightforward. The final product was a beautiful digital creation that really wowed the people I sent it to. What I loved most was how much I could customize each Smilebox for the specific occasion and person. And the customer service from Maria was top-notch. Being blind, I had some trouble using the platform, but Maria was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me every step of the way.     Big family slideshow project

    Recently, I took on a big project making two slideshows for my aunt's 92nd birthday. I included more than 200 photos of my cousins and their families. It was pretty easy using Smilebox's templates, drag-and-drop feature, and music library. I did run into a small problem with the music on the second slideshow, but the Support Team, especially Olha, fixed it super fast. Overall, I'm so happy with how it turned out and being able to send a digital hug to my extended family.

    I received a virtual gift card and I wasn't sure how to use it. Luckily, the person I chatted with was really helpful. She responded quickly, but communicating through email can be a bit frustrating when you have a bunch of questions. I wish there was a phone number to call for assistance!

    Issue with completed creation

    I had a little problem with this thing I finished on the platform. I couldn't figure out how to add music to my slideshow even though I tried following the instructions they gave. So, I got in touch with Customer Service for some help. And let me tell you, I was really happy with how quickly and nicely they got back to me. Olha went out of their way to download the perfect song for me, so I could finally show off my creation to my family. It's good to know there are such awesome customer service folks out there, it really made my whole experience better.

    Slideshow creation for FB and email

    I signed up for the premium plan so I could create some awesome slideshows to share on Facebook and send via email. I chatted with Anastasia over at the company and she was really nice and gave me some great advice. She suggested the Pro Plan, which was perfect for showcasing my work. Even though I'm not the best with technology, Smilebox makes it easy for me to look professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to wow their friends with some impressive slideshows.

    Short slideshow creation

    I just wanted to give a shoutout to Maria, the customer service rep who's been helping me out with making a slideshow. It's been three years since I've done this, and at 76 years old, I've pretty much forgotten everything. But Maria has been super patient and really helpful.     I recently started using Smilebox as a web program again after years of sticking to the desktop version. It was a nice surprise.     Subscription auto-renewal

    I signed up for a subscription and didn't realize it would auto-renew. I emailed customer service to get a refund because I hadn't even used it. They replied fast and gave me a refund! Their customer service was excellent. I wish I caught it sooner and saved some money.
