Review about: Brave New Look
Personalized T-shirt
I recently bought a custom t-shirt from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by how things went. I ran into a bunch of problems with the delivery of my order after I placed it. It took way too long for the t-shirt to actually show up, and when it did, it wasn't the quality I was hoping for. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and it took forever to get my issues sorted out. All in all, dealing with this company was a huge headache and I was not happy with how things turned out.

Screwless over sized glasses break easily
The stylish screwless oversized glasses I bought seemed awesome at first, but I got really bummed when both arms ended up breaking after only 2 weeks of wearing them. So now they just don't fit right on my face. It's a bummer how flimsy they turned out to be, considering they looked sturdy.

Stunning, unique, elegant, sparkling.
I just got this ring and oh my goodness, it is just stunning! The center stone shines so bright and the design really shows it off. The little stones on the band add even more charm to the whole look. It fits like a glove, just what I expected. Plus, it comes in a cute gift box ready to give to someone special. Every time I wear it, I get so many compliments - it's really something special!

Recent transportation experience
I recently took a ride with a transportation service and it was great. The driver, Lincoln, was super friendly, on time, and very professional. His excellent service really made a big difference in my overall experience. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Order Confirmation Email Issue
I recently bought something from this online store and had a problem with their confirmation emails. So after I placed my order, they sent me an email to confirm it. But when I opened it up, the email was totally empty. I tried to contact customer service to double-check my order, but I couldn't reach anyone. Then, things got even more frustrating when I got another email saying my order was shipped, but, yep, you guessed it, it was blank too. They did give me a partial tracking number in the subject line, but without knowing which delivery company was handling it, I had no clue where my order was. This whole lack of communication and transparency has me second-guessing if I'll even get what I bought.

Issue with completed creation
I had a little problem with this thing I finished on the platform. I couldn't figure out how to add music to my slideshow even though I tried following the instructions they gave. So, I got in touch with Customer Service for some help. And let me tell you, I was really happy with how quickly and nicely they got back to me. Olha went out of their way to download the perfect song for me, so I could finally show off my creation to my family. It's good to know there are such awesome customer service folks out there, it really made my whole experience better.

Step-thru purchase
I got myself a step-thru back in 2020 and man, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. This bike has taken me on so many adventures, and I've already put over 5000 miles on it. The quality of this bike is top-notch, it totally exceeded all my expectations. When I had to reach out for a warranty claim, the customer service was amazing. They were super quick to respond and fixed the issue without any trouble. I spent months looking into different electric bike companies, and after a lot of thought, I can confidently say that this brand really stood out as the best choice for me. I'm already thinking about getting a new Ebike soon, and you bet I'll be ordering from them again.

Textbook purchase, SUNY-Albany student
I'm currently a full-time student at SUNY-Albany, and I recently bought a textbook from an online retailer. The whole process was pretty easy and the book arrived on time, which was great. The only downside was finding out that I couldn't keep the book after the semester ended. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income, I was really hoping for a more affordable option to own the book for good. Even though the book was in really good shape, the fact that it had already been used by other students made the price too steep for me.

Inez shoe Isa Sandal and Sirena Sandal
The foot bed of these shoes are the most comfortable in a heel that I have ever worn.
That said, they run small, as in short.
I wear a size 9 and had to return for a size 9.5 and honestly, I could probably wear a 10 in each of these sandals.
Also, while the foot bed is VERY comfortable and provides great support to your arch, the straps on both of these sandals are pretty tight on me (they leave marks, especially the thin straps on the Sirena sandals). I wish they were stretchy.
That said, the ISA sandal is one of the most beautiful pair I've ever owned (I have the crystal ones).
My foot is pretty wide. It measures 3.7/8" at it's widest point and these "Sz. 9.5 Roomy" are still tight and leave marks when I take them off.
They seem to be very well made but I'm going to have to have them stretched if I'm going to wear them for any length of time. Pretty frustrating considering they were each about $250 per pair.
I also like to be able to just slide into my shoes (sandals) but these are so tight in the straps that I need both of my hands to wedge my foot into them. Just an FYI if you have a wide foot. "Roomy" in Inez sizing seems more like your average width unfortunately.

Bad Bitch Lipstick Vibrator
My purchase came to me used... The safety seals were ready peeled off and there were finger prints on the vibrator... contacted customer service and all they said that their policy wouldn’t allow them to send out a used product and that it was how it was packed or handled in transit that caused this to happen... so basically they told me that during this COVID-19 pandemic they have employees that take it upon themselves to touch/possibly used their customers orders before shipping their products out....damns shame....
