Gorgeous clothes, but damaged
The clothes I got were so pretty and totally my vibe, and they fit me like a glove. But a few pieces came with holes and a couple of sweaters got snagged because of all the tags on them. It was a bummer because I was excited about everything in the package and would have definitely kept it all if it wasn't for the tags messing things up. If they'd cut back on the tags, it would make a huge difference in how great it is to shop there.

Gold necklace with personalized pendant
I had the worst experience with the necklace I got from this company. I wanted my initials on the pendant, but they messed it up. Plus, the necklace itself is low quality, the chain feels like it's gonna break any moment. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all. Total waste of money, honestly.

Pants
I bought a pair of pants from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, they were a major letdown. After only a couple times wearing them, the seat started fraying. Bummer, right? Super disappointing to see how little they seem to care about making things right with their customers.

Four rugs love them
I just got four new rugs and they are amazing. At first, I was a bit skeptical like, "Hmm, will these really look good in my living room?" But let me tell you, they exceeded all expectations! They look fantastic and are super functional. Plus, they are a breeze to clean! My dog has accidents on them every now and then (ugh, dogs!) but no big deal, they clean up easily. When the rug cleaner suggested getting one of those Ruggable rugs, I knew they had to be top-notch!
