Cable purchase
I really regret not checking out reviews before I bought this cable. It stopped working after just 5 days and got stuck in my phone. Definitely not worth the money!
Bands from Nomad
I recently bought a few bands from this company, one of them being the titanium band. At first, I wasn't happy because the first one I got didn't fit my watch properly, causing damage to the rubber in the middle part of the lug. They quickly fixed this by sending me a replacement that was covered by the warranty. It seems like they may have gotten other complaints since the new one came with a video guide for fitting. Since then, I've bought two other colors and haven't had any issues. I was undecided about getting the titanium band because of the high price, but I got lucky with a 30% discount one day. Even though I heard some negative feedback about slow shipping, I was pleasantly surprised when the band arrived within a week, and it's great quality. The only downside is the somewhat tricky link adjustment process for the ultra band.
Leather jacket purchase
My time with this company was super disappointing. I bought a leather jacket that was supposed to be made from top-notch leather in the US, but when it finally came after two weeks, it was obvious that it wasn't true. The leather quality was really bad and cheap, not at all like what they said on the website. And the fact that they don't allow actual customer reviews to be posted says a lot about the credibility of the reviews on their site. It's pretty obvious that most, if not all, of the reviews are fake. In general, I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Leather band purchase
I ordered a leather band from this shop and it was a total disaster. The band fell apart after only a few weeks, so I asked for a replacement. But then the replacement band fell apart as well, and on top of that, their customer service was terrible. They ignored my emails and left me high and dry. Really unprofessional and the products are poor quality. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.
Wireless charging pad
I recently bought a wireless charging pad from this company, and it looks great. However, that's pretty much the only good thing I can say about them. The employees there seem to operate on their own time, which made the whole buying process a total nightmare. Even though they promised quick processing and shipping, my order took way longer than expected to even get processed, let alone shipped. It seems like they don't really know what they're doing most of the time. On top of all that, the charging pad I got was defective, and trying to get help from their support team was a lost cause. Chloe, the support manager, seemed more bothered than helpful and just ignored my attempts to reach out. It's obvious that they don't really care much about customer satisfaction. I'd suggest avoiding this brand to save yourself the trouble.
Apple Watch band purchase
I ordered this really awesome Apple Watch band last November, but it didn't end up arriving until February! I mean, seriously, what is the deal with that delay? And then, to make things worse, when it finally did come, it didn't even fit my Apple Watch Ultra! I was super disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing it and showing it off. I even tried following the video they sent me on how to put it on, but no dice. Now I'm just stuck here with this cool band and no way to use it. It's so frustrating, why does this kind of thing always happen to me?
Overpriced, poor quality product
The thing I bought from this company cost way too much, and it was really bad quality. When it showed up, it was messed up and it looked like they didn't do a good job making it. They should've paid more attention to the little things, especially since it was so expensive. Plus, the customer service folks didn't get back to me quickly and it took forever for them to help me out. It was just a letdown all around.
Apple Watch band purchase
I ordered an Apple Watch band back in November and I still haven't gotten it. The customer service hasn't been very helpful or informative - all they told me is they'll let me know when it ships. I ended up canceling my order today because I just couldn't deal with it anymore. I really should've read the reviews before buying from them. I definitely would suggest avoiding this company altogether.
Rugged band for Apple watch ultra
I was really excited after watching some awesome reviews on YouTube for this band, but man, what a letdown! When it arrived, I noticed that it was missing some silicone and had scratches on it. And to top it off, less than 3 weeks later, it started coming loose from my watch all the time. Not a great choice for outdoor sports like they said it would be. Such a waste of money!
iPhone 15 pro max leather case
I recently bought a leather case for my iPhone 15 pro max from this company, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. When I got the package and opened it, the case felt really cheap and like it wouldn't do much to protect my phone. I decided right then to send it back, but then they told me they would deduct $5 from my refund. To my surprise, when I actually got the refund, it was a lot less than $5 because they also added charges for shipping and the return fee. So, in the end, I ended up spending around $12-13 just to try out a low-quality product. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I'd suggest others look somewhere else for better quality stuff.
Tablet case purchase
I purchased a tablet case but changed my mind later that day and decided to cancel my order. When I got my refund, they actually gave me $20 less than I was supposed to get back, and I tried reaching out to them to resolve the problem but couldn't get through. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here if you don't want to be scammed!
Nice Pixel Buds case from US
So, I was looking for a new case for my Pixel Buds and I found this one from a company here in the US. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews, but I took a chance and purchased it. Surprisingly, it arrived pretty fast, like in just 4 days, thanks to FedEx. The quality is top-notch, even though it came all the way from HK. I'm really pleased with my buy from the UK.
Quality leather wallet
I recently bought a leather wallet from Nomad, and it looked great initially. But, my experience with the company wasn't so great. When I tried reaching out to them with some questions about the product, they never got back to me. It's really disappointing when a company says they'll respond to emails and then they don't. And it seems like I'm not the only one who's had this issue, based on other review sites. Ignoring customer questions is not cool and shows a lack of respect. I left an honest review about my communication problems, but it got censored. This makes me question their integrity. So, while the wallet is nice, Nomad's lack of customer service and transparency is worrisome.
Watch strap purchase
I just bought a watch strap from Nomad, but when it got here, I found out it was all messed up and didn't even fit my Apple watch like it was supposed to. I emailed their customer service right away and sent them pics of the problem, but they never even bothered to respond. It's pretty disappointing how they handled it. Seems like I'm not the only one either, I've seen other people complain about the same thing. My advice would be to stay away from this company to save yourself from going through the same annoying experience.
DEFECTIVE iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case
I bought the iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case and was really bummed out by how bad it was. Right from the start, the case had some problems that made it impossible to use. I filled out a complaint online right away, hoping they would either send me a new one or give me my money back. But even after they promised to get back to me in 1-3 business days, I never heard anything from them. It's so annoying to drop $70 on something that ended up being worthless, and then getting no help to fix it.
Leather accessories, fast shipping, and quality products
I just bought some leather accessories from this store and I gotta say, I am blown away by how awesome they are. The quality of the leather is top-notch and you can really tell that the craftsmanship is top-of-the-line. Ordering was a breeze and super safe, plus they had a bunch of payment options including Apple Pay. Yeah, the shipping costs were a bit on the high side, but man, my stuff got to me so quick thanks to FedEx - it only took 5 days to get to Italy. I'm stoked with my purchases and you can bet I'll be back for more. If you're on the hunt for some killer leather goods, I highly recommend you check this place out.
Leather case disappointment
Ugh, I got this leather case from that one place and it was like, so cheap! It tore real fast and when I tried to get my money back, the customer service was not cool at all. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting anything from there, just save your money for something nicer.
iPhone case
At first, I wasn't sure about trying out Nomad because of the reviews I saw, but I went for it anyway. I got myself an iPhone case and so far, I've been pretty happy with it. The case is still in good shape and has saved my phone from a few falls. The horween leather is definitely as tough as they say.
Sport Watch Straps and Charging Station
I recently ordered 2 sport watch straps and a charging station from a neat online store. It only took 9 days for them to arrive in Portugal after I ordered them. There weren't any extra fees, but the courier charge was $90, which was a bit steep! The charging station is pretty heavy, but it looks really nice sitting on my nightstand. Plus, it works perfectly. The sport watch straps are good, but they're a tad thinner than the original Apple ones. Just something to think about if you're considering buying them. In general, I'm pleased with my purchase and happy that I decided to give this online shop a shot.
Nomad leather case
I've had the Nomad leather case for over 5 months now and I gotta say, it still looks like brand new. The leather quality is top-notch, way better than other expensive cases I've tried. There's no wear and tear in sight! One thing I really like is the lack of visible branding on the case, it's a rare thing these days. The ruggedness of the case gives me peace of mind that my phone is well protected, even if I accidentally drop it. And I was pleasantly surprised to find out it also has a cool digital business card feature, which gives it a modern edge. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share my positive experience. I definitely recommend this case to anyone looking for a tough and stylish phone case.
