Subscription mishap
So I made the mistake of signing up for a subscription with this company, and I was totally caught off guard when they started taking money out of my account without even asking. But then I shot them an email, and surprisingly, they got back to me pretty quickly and were really understanding about the whole situation. They even went ahead and processed a refund for me, which I was grateful for, even though it did take about 5-10 business days for the money to actually hit my account. On top of that, they have a bunch of different resume templates to choose from that could really help out anyone trying to move up in their career. All in all, I gotta say, their customer service was definitely top-notch, despite the little bump in the road at first.

Work Boots
My Keen work boots have been a total game-changer for me. I work in a really tough industrial setting and these boots have held up amazingly well. I'm now on my third pair and it says a lot about how well-made and durable they are. They're comfy, not too heavy, and keep my feet nice and safe. I've been wearing them every single day for a whole year and they still feel just as good as when I first got them. I did have a little issue with my latest pair, but the customer service team took care of it super quick and sent me a new pair right away. I'm really impressed with how fast and devoted they are to making sure customers are happy. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with my Keen work boots and will definitely keep backing this brand.

Order for Scotch bottles
This company is a total scam, I tell ya. I tried to order three bottles of Scotch and it was a disaster. I had to sign up online first and give my credit card info before even knowing the total cost. Then they added a Delivery Fee, some unnamed fee, and a mandatory 20% tip. Greedy, much? I said forget it and tried to cancel my order, but no luck. Couldn't delete my account or payment info either. When I asked customer service to delete my stuff, they wanted me to fill out a form with ALL my personal info, even my birthdate! Can you believe it? Can't trust this company at all, total scammers. Gonna report 'em to my credit card company ASAP.

Top end tennis racket purchase
I just bought a really nice tennis racket from this store. Honestly, I was a little worried at first because of the low price and bad reviews, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The racket showed up earlier than I thought, the tracking system on the website was super helpful, and the racket was just like they said it would be. It was also really well packaged so it didn't get damaged during shipping. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this store to anyone looking for tennis gear.

So, I snagged this cool pool cue case from this rad store and it was seriously a breeze to order. I even got it way faster than I expected! And when I wanted to switch it up for a fancier one, Rich was super chill and helped me out with the return. They had a bunch of awesome cases to pick from, even with the holidays coming up. All in all, it was such a good experience and I'm pumped about my new case!

OneOdio A70 headphones
I bought a pair of OneOdio A70 headphones back in October 2020 and I gotta say, I've been so bummed with the quality. The padding on the headphones is starting to flake off and it's getting all over my ears, neck, and even in my hair. It's a total pain because it doesn't come off easily, making the headphones pretty much useless. I'm super unhappy with my purchase and I wouldn't suggest these headphones to anybody.

I wasn't sure about selling my jewelry online at first, you know, cause it meant a lot to me. But, the folks over at Worthy really helped me out and made me feel better about it. They were always there, guiding me through every step and making sure I knew what was going on. I was hoping to get more money for my ring, but I figured it was better to sell it and do something good with the money rather than just keeping it in a box. The people at Worthy were so professional and supportive the whole time - really made a difference.

Damaged box, expensive return
The box I got was totally wrecked, but the outside packaging looked totally fine. It was clear that the shoes got shipped in a beat-up box. And to top it off, the shoes were too small when I tried them on and then they made me pay $7.95 to ship them back for a return! Needless to say, I won't be buying from this site anymore.

Online order return issue
I had the worst time dealing with an online order return recently. I sent back my stuff when they said to, but then they hit me with a "sorry, too late" when it got to their warehouse just a bit past the deadline. Like, seriously? Since when do I have to pay for slow shipping or their warehouse taking its sweet time? They need to spell out their return rules better, ‘cause it feels like they’re trying to pull a fast one on me. I did eventually get my money back after calling customer service, but honestly, I don’t think I can deal with the headache of ordering from them again.

I wanna give a shoutout to Megan from customer service for being so awesome! I had a problem with my recliner and she totally understood what was going on. She got a work order going right away to fix things up. Her positive attitude really made the whole process a lot better. I'm really thankful for how professional and dedicated she was in helping me out. It's obvious she's a top-notch employee and a real asset to the company.
