Birthday shopping for wife
I was pretty bummed about my recent shopping experience at Rainbow Shops for my wife's birthday. I tried to shop on their website using the app on my phone, but it kept crashing in the middle of my session, which was super annoying. After about an hour, a Customer Satisfaction Agent texted me to follow up because they noticed I hadn't finished my purchase. I mean, I appreciated the effort, but the clothes selection was not great this time. Usually, I can find cute matching outfits or pieces, but this time they were seriously lacking. There were way too many tops that showed off your midriff, sheer fabrics, and patterns that were just not my wife's style at all. As a loyal customer, I expected better choices from Rainbow, and I was really disappointed this time.
Great deals, fast selling items
As a new customer at this store, I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by the killer prices they have. But, I've noticed that if I want something in my size, I gotta act fast because stuff sells out quick. The stores have tons of stuff, but can feel a bit crowded. Still, my shopping experience has been awesome and I'm thinking about using their online store next time I need something.
Online fashion purchase
I love shopping online because I hate paying for shipping. Rainbow really knows what they're doing with that. The options online are way better than what you can find in their physical stores - I've checked out both. People always ask me where I got my outfits, and when I tell them Rainbow, they can't believe it because they didn't see it in the store. Online shopping is the way to go! And let me tell you, the sizes and colors they have are a shopaholic's paradise.
Distressed Jeans
I had such a good time shopping at this store for some distressed jeans for my grandsons. They had a great selection, and I found just what I needed at a good price. Discount coupon issue
So, I wanted to use this 10% off coupon I got from signing up for emails and texts on your website. I was buying stuff totaling over $100 at your store. But guess what? I couldn't use the coupon at checkout. And the annoying thing is, the coupon didn't say anything about restrictions or specific items you couldn't use it on. I was left feeling frustrated and let down. It would've been nice to have more clarity on the coupon to prevent any mix-ups in the future.
Great customer service
My time at Rainbow Shops was amazing. The service I got while buying stuff was outstanding. The staff really knew their stuff, they were super nice, and really helped me find just what I was after. The whole shopping trip went really well and I had a great time, all thanks to the awesome service.
Recent clothing purchase
I just bought some stuff from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. They had a nice selection of stylish clothes that fit my taste perfectly. Online shopping experience
I've found that online shopping at Rainbow is way better for me than going in-person to the store. Sometimes the customer service at the stores can be pretty bad, with employees who aren't very friendly. But I actually had a really good time shopping at the Rainbow store in Williamsburg where the customer service was top-notch. Even so, I still like shopping online more, especially at the Rainbow locations in Maryland like District Heights Md. I'll only go to the stores if I really need an outfit for that day. Thanks!
Rogue shoes for plus size women
I bought some Rogue shoes from your store, thinking they would work for plus size women. But after wearing them just once, they fell apart or broke. It was super frustrating and a letdown. I think these shoes can't handle the weight of bigger people like me, which is a big problem for us customers. I'd like it if Rogue could be notified about this issue so they know their products aren't up to par.

Customer service experience
During my recent trip to the store, I noticed that the women working there weren't very friendly or helpful. When I made a mistake at the register, they were really rude about it. It almost felt like they thought I couldn't speak English, but I can. I even tried to thank them in English, but they didn't even respond. Customer service is all about being polite and welcoming, not unfriendly and dismissive.
