I bought something not too long ago, but it came all messed up. I've been trying to get in touch with them every day for over a week, but I haven't heard anything back. Their customer service is seriously lacking and it's super disappointing. I won't be recommending or buying from them again, that's for sure.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money on that site. If you decide to upgrade, good luck getting any support. The website is really confusing and not easy to use. Plus, they restrict how many times you can reach out for help. And don't bother trying to download any files, they're usually not working properly.

As someone who uses Webex for teaching remotely, I gotta say it does the trick. We get the free licenses through our educational charity, and overall, it's pretty easy to use. The host sends invites to students who just click the link to download the app or hop on through their browser. You don't need a webcam, but a good microphone is key for clear communication. Typing on a phone can be a pain, so using a laptop or desktop is better. It seems dependable, but you definitely need a fast internet connection to avoid any freezing problems during lessons.

The worst online store. I never got my order!!
Don't waste your time or money on these people! I ordered in June, it is 8/23/20 and my order has not shipped yet. I was told in mid-July that my order was being prepared for shipping and they would notify me when it went out. Still no notification or furniture. Very disappointing!!
YES I agree! Ordered my makeup desk awhile ago and still has not been even shipped out! They keep pushing the date further and further! Ridiculous.
