School meeting recordings
So, yeah, I go to this school, and they use this thing called Webex to keep all our meeting recordings on our website. But then, out of nowhere, they deleted over 300 recordings! I mean, seriously, what the heck? They came up with this new rule where you gotta pay for this fancy "Pro-Plan" or they just wipe out all your stuff. We're already shelling out a lot of cash for this service! It's like they don't give a darn about their customers, all they care about is making more money. And don't even get me started on the admin portal - it's a disaster! Why bother having an admin account if you can't even do admin stuff? Ugh, so irritating! I'm thinking it might be time to find a new place to keep our recordings.
International collaboration tool
This collaboration tool has really changed the game for my team when it comes to working together across time zones. The live transcription feature in different languages has made communication smoother and faster. The background noise-canceling tech is a total game-changer - it makes calls clearer and ensures we don't miss any important info. And having a helpful customer support team available 24/7 has been a godsend whenever we run into problems or have questions. Basically, this tool has become our go-to for staying connected and working together smoothly, no matter where we are.
Web conferencing tool
I had a pretty rough time using that web conferencing tool. It took forever to start a meeting, which was annoying for me and everyone else involved. On top of that, it kept messing with my computer screen, making it hard to do more than one thing at a time. And the worst part was how it kept stealing the spotlight, so I couldn't focus on anything else while I was trying to use it. All in all, it was a pretty frustrating experience that really slowed me down.
Enterprise webinar software
The software is pretty reliable for hosting those big business webinars with WebEx Training Center and handling a bunch of users. But sometimes, the folks behind the scenes aren't great at keeping in touch when there's a glitch on the platform. Plus, the admin part of the software is kind of a mess - it's tough to figure out and set up all the different options. Even though there are connections with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, the way the admin stuff is organized could definitely use some improvement.
Attempted purchase
I tried to buy something on the website, but it just wouldn't work for some reason. I'm not sure if it was a technical problem or just issues with the site, but it was really annoying. I eventually gave up and went somewhere else to get what I was looking for.
Bad system
I was really looking forward to giving this system a shot, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. We were constantly having problems hearing our clients and them hearing us. We reached out for assistance, but the fixes were only temporary. We even attempted to cancel our contract, but they are trying to hit us with a hefty cancellation fee. It's just not fair!
Recent software installation issue
I just had a huge problem with this new software I installed. My computer was lagging and crashing like crazy. I tried fixing it but couldn't save my files on the hard drive.
Billing dispute call
I just had the most awful time dealing with Webex billing support. Their customer service was a mess and not helpful at all. The rep I spoke to didn't even bother to listen to my problem, all they cared about was how I was talking to them. I couldn't even vent my frustration, so I decided to just cancel the services and warned everyone in my company to steer clear. Their technology is so outdated compared to options like GoToMeeting and Zoom, which are much more dependable. I'm definitely relieved to be rid of them.
Subscription nightmare
As soon as I signed up, I felt trapped! I attempted to cancel following the steps they gave me, but it was like being stuck in Hotel California - no way out! I resorted to blocking my credit card. Let them try to take me to court, I've got evidence!
Web conferencing software purchase
I just got this cool web conferencing software and the person who helped me out was super nice and friendly. They made the whole thing a breeze and it was super easy to get everything set up. I really liked how they assisted me and made sure everything was working smoothly. It was a pretty positive experience overall!
Webinar training software purchase
The company's webinar training software was completely useless. For three days straight, the screen froze, the signal dropped, and the audio cut out during the training sessions. This made it really hard to keep up with the class and caused me to miss important information. Having to constantly reload the platform was not only stressful, but also embarrassing. I tried to fix the problem, but there was no way to contact the company for help or to make a complaint. The lack of customer support and the confusing system only added to my frustration. In the end, I had to give up and miss out on valuable training because the software just couldn't cut it. I reached out to the training provider to share my experience and suggested looking into other video call services for future sessions. It's disappointing to have such issues with software that's meant to make learning and communication easier.
Recent Software Update
The latest software update is causing some big problems. My camera keeps freezing and I can't see others during video calls. It's really frustrating and makes the service totally unusable. I'm thinking about switching to a different platform.
Complex program with difficult navigation
I thought the program was way too complicated, with all those different features like 'teams' and 'groups'. Even after watching tutorial videos on Youtube and trying to use the help resources, I still had a hard time figuring out how to use the app. Trying to find my contacts on my Mac was a real pain, since I kept running into problems typing names and had to click through a bunch of screens just to get the info I needed. It felt like the design of the app was done in a rush without thinking much about how users would actually use it.
Video conferencing program
This program seriously drives me crazy! It takes forever to load and always messes up my meetings. Like, who even thought it was a good idea to make you call in just to hear the meeting? It's so not user-friendly at all.
Subscription renewal
My experience canceling my subscription with Webex has been super frustrating. Even though I turned off the renewal button and reached out to customer service to cancel, I still got a notification saying my subscription was renewed. It's disappointing and not cool how they're not listening to their customers. I was expecting a better and quicker process from a company like them.
Remote teaching solution
As someone who uses Webex for teaching remotely, I gotta say it does the trick. We get the free licenses through our educational charity, and overall, it's pretty easy to use. The host sends invites to students who just click the link to download the app or hop on through their browser. You don't need a webcam, but a good microphone is key for clear communication. Typing on a phone can be a pain, so using a laptop or desktop is better. It seems dependable, but you definitely need a fast internet connection to avoid any freezing problems during lessons.
