Cell phone purchase
I'm really bummed about the terrible customer support and the overall quality of this product. The cell service is hit or miss, definitely not as good as some other choices out there. Plus, the camera quality is just not cutting it - my daughter can't take good photos at all. We're checking out different phones that will give her better pictures and more apps. And the fact that this phone doesn't work well with other service providers is a big issue for us too.

Online order not delivered after payment
I ordered some stuff online and also a cookbook, thinking I'd get a free cookware set by just paying for shipping. But yo, they took my money and I never got anything, not even the dang cookbook. They said it would arrive in 2 to 7 days, but it's been over a year now and still nothing. I even moved to a different state, but the package still never made it to my old address. Just a heads up, watch out when buying from those online ads.

But then I got in touch with Mike from customer service, and let me tell you, he was amazing. He was so patient and really took the time to explain things to me. Mike helped me figure out what I needed to do to reach my goals, and his ability to solve problems and point me in the right direction was a huge help.

I just bought a jacket from this store and man, I was so happy with it. The quality is great and they have a ton of stuff to choose from. Subscription renewal
My experience canceling my subscription with Webex has been super frustrating. Even though I turned off the renewal button and reached out to customer service to cancel, I still got a notification saying my subscription was renewed. It's disappointing and not cool how they're not listening to their customers. I was expecting a better and quicker process from a company like them.
