Customized socks order.
I ordered some customized socks from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by what I got. I sent in a picture for the design, but the final product looked nothing like what I asked for. The quality was not that great, and it was obvious they didn't bother to pay attention to the details I provided.
Quick delivery, poor quality socks
The delivery was definitely speedy, but I have to say I was pretty bummed out by the quality of the socks I ordered. After just a few washes, I noticed two pairs already had holes near the toe seams. I was really hoping for better durability and craftsmanship in the products I received.
Golf and surfer themed socks
I just bought my friend a pair of golf and surfer themed socks as a gift. Ordering them was a breeze, even when I had to switch the address last minute. The socks got here right on time with the address change and my friend really liked them. He's into golf and surfing, so the socks were a great idea for him, plus they were high quality. Black hummingbird socks
I got these really cute black hummingbird socks for women a few months back from this shop. They were so adorable, and I couldn't wait to wear them. But after wearing them only a few times, I saw a hole forming in the toe area. I thought it might be a one-time thing, but then another hole popped up in the heel. I contacted customer service to tell them what was going on, and they said they'd send me a replacement. It's been weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my replacement socks. It's frustrating when a company says they'll do something and then doesn't follow through. I just wanted a new pair of cute socks, is that too much to ask for?

I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at this company. I tried getting in touch with them through chat and email, but never heard back. I bought some socks with 3-day shipping, hoping they'd come by a certain day. But the USPS app says they'll be a day late. I suggest checking out another place for your sock shopping so you don't run into the same headaches I did.

I recently bought some socks, but I never got them even though the tracking number said they were delivered. I contacted customer service, and Lili got back to me quickly. She told me the socks I wanted were out of stock, but she made sure to send the ones they did have right away and refunded me for the ones I didn't get. I also decided to add one more pair to my order, and everything was taken care of smoothly with good communication. I was really impressed with the customer service I got.
