Consistently impressive wines and services
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I just have to say - their wines are top-notch. The reds are so flavorful, and the whites are super crisp. Every bottle I've gotten has gone above and beyond my expectations. Plus, their delivery is always quick and efficient, so I can start sipping on their new wines in no time. What really makes this company stand out, though, is their amazing customer service. I was actually surprised when they gave me a call after 4 years as a customer, showing that they truly care about my satisfaction. Their personalized attention proves that they really value their customers and want to make sure we have a great experience.

I've really been happy with the wines this company has to offer. They focus on small-batch wines from Europe and South Africa that are the real deal. The selection and quality of wines they have always go above and beyond what I expect. One thing I really like is their app, which makes it super easy to get info about the vineyard, the producer, and other details just by scanning the label or typing in the name of the wine. It just adds a nice touch of transparency and convenience to the whole wine-tasting experience. Sure, everyone's taste in wine is different, but I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the wines they offer.
Long-time customer satisfaction
I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years now and I have to tell you, this company never fails to impress me. They really know how to make me feel valued and have always gone the extra mile to fix any problems with my orders, although those are pretty rare. I really appreciate how quickly they respond to my emails and I can vouch for their easy-peasy refund policy when I got a wine that wasn't quite up to par. I'm definitely sticking with this company because their top-notch customer service and great wines set them apart from the others. Hats off to this awesome company!
Best wine buying experience
I gotta admit, my experience with this wine buying platform has been top-notch. It really is the best way to buy wine, other than going to vineyards in person around the world. Their business model is fresh and focused on customers, offering top-notch wines at amazing prices. The only small drawback for me is the absence of a top-notch alcohol-free Italian red in their lineup. But all in all, I'm super impressed with Naked and grateful for their service.

I've been on this platform for a few years now, and I've really enjoyed it. I love being able to chat with the wine makers themselves and hear all about their love for making great wines. Gift vouchers purchase
I've been buying gift vouchers from this company for a while now, and I've always had a good experience. The customer service team is on top of things and always quick to answer my questions. I've tried some of the wines from the company, and even though not all of them were my favorite, I liked that there were so many different choices. Being able to try out different wines to find what I enjoy is a cool idea. All in all, I've been happy with my experience and would definitely think about using their services again.
Unique, sustainable wines
I was so pleasantly surprised by all the cool wines this company had. They weren't just a good deal, but they tasted really unique compared to other wines out there. I loved the personal comments from the winemakers on the back of the bottle, it made me feel like I was part of the story. And I gotta give a shoutout to the company for their focus on sustainability in winemaking, it made me feel even better about buying from them. If you're looking to switch things up a bit, I definitely suggest giving their wines a try.
New wine delivery
Yodel totally dropped the ball on the first delivery and ended up breaking the box. Apparently, they claimed to have attempted delivery on Tuesday, but I didn't even catch a glimpse of them! I received a card stating their failed attempt, but I wasn't buying it. Thankfully, Naked Wines shipped out a new case and it finally made its way to me on Thursday evening, long after I had called it a night! Yodel really needs to step up their game. Shoutout to Naked Wines for saving the day and fixing Yodel's mistake!
Regular customer, missing bottle
I've been a customer of this wine company for a while now and I've always been happy with what they offer and how they treat me. But in my last order, one bottle was missing from the case. It was a bummer, but I shot them an email to let them know what happened. To my surprise, I got a response in just a day and they fixed the problem right away. I was really impressed with how they took care of me and how quickly they did it. Thanks for handling the situation so quickly!
Enjoyable experience, great prices and quality
I had a great time with the company. But sadly, I had to stop drinking due to health issues, so I no longer needed the wine subscription. Still, when I was getting those deliveries, I thought the wines were top-notch and the prices were fair. It was so convenient having the money come out of my account every month – it always made me happy to see my total drop by half or more. Even though I can't drink anymore, I'd totally suggest this company to anyone who loves wine.
Wide selection, Christmas hamper, quality wines
I just love all the different wines they have over at Nakedwines. Whether you're a fan of reds, whites, rose, or prosecco, they've got a little something for everyone. And let me tell you, their Christmas hamper is always a real steal. I've been treating myself to it every year since 2019. Every bottle I've tried has been top-notch, so you know they're sourcing from some top-notch wine makers.
Excellent customer service experience
I had a really great experience with customer service at that company. The reps really knew their stuff, were super helpful, and didn't beat around the bush. They didn't give me any runaround and if they weren't sure, they didn't hesitate to figure it out and let me know what to do next.
Quick and easy subscription
I've only been subscribed for a short time, but I'm already hooked! The communication is excellent, the prices are fair, and I love all the different wines they offer. I've found some new favorites and tried wines I never would have thought of. Canceling or changing my subscription is easy too, which is definitely a big deal for me.
