I had a really bad experience with an online store recently. Most of my order got canceled for no reason and the rest still hasn't shown up, even though they said it would be here by now. I'm pretty annoyed about the lack of updates and information on what's going on with my order. It's made me not want to shop there again.

I just got this amazing flower delivery as a gift from my granddaughter. The box showed up a little squished, but that wasn't the company's fault. I let them know, and right away they sent me another gorgeous bunch of flowers. I was so amazed by how helpful and generous they were. I'd definitely suggest their services to anyone.

The customer service at this place is seriously amazing! My husband received a Christmas voucher from work, but it didn't cover everything we wanted to buy, so we had to reach out to them. Mollie was incredibly kind and assisted us in figuring out how to pay with a different card. She even sent us a link to complete the order the next day. It arrived really quickly, even before Christmas week! The packaging was beautiful as well. I purchased a white gold midi disc chain and I'm excited to add the new initial for our baby!

BTS and BT21 Line Friends items
I just bought some stuff from this store, got 2 pieces of BTS BT21 Line Friends gear and 2 BT21 shirts. And let me tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything! It was all top-notch and definitely legit. My order got to me quick, no issues there. The packaging kept everything safe and sound. The prices were alright, but I did notice that some things were a bit pricier here than other places. Like, one watch I wanted was 10 bucks more than on the Line Friends website. But hey, they were out of stock everywhere else, so I went for it. Overall, I'm happy with how everything went down and I'll probably come back for more BTS and BT21 stuff 'cause they've got a great selection.

Custom portrait for deceased pet
I ordered a custom portrait of my brother's husky who passed away, and let me tell you, the artists at this place really did an amazing job. They included every little detail I requested, and when my brother's fiancé saw the finished painting, she was brought to tears. Now the portrait is displayed proudly in their living room next to the husky's ashes, serving as a lovely tribute to a cherished pet. I've already told all my friends and family who have pets about this place, and I will definitely keep spreading the word.

Two cool suitcases
I just got two really awesome suitcases from Glamood and I'm pumped! They came in and they are seriously cool, plus they didn't break the bank. Score! I found them at the best price ever, better than anywhere else online. I kinda ordered them last minute because we're leaving on our trip next Sunday. So, I shot Glamood an email asking if they could rush the delivery. They came through and now we can take our awesome suitcases on our trip. Hotel booking in Brazil
I was a little unsure at first because of the reviews, but with a tempting offer, I decided to give it a shot. I booked for two people, but when I called the hotel three days later to confirm, they said it was only for one person. Worried, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. The person I spoke with was really nice and after a short pause, she said she had talked to the reservation department of the hotel in Brazil and fixed my booking. Just to be sure, I called the hotel in Brazil and thankfully, there were indeed two people in the system, confirming they were aware of the issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, and thankfully, our stay went smoothly without any more problems.

I just got these sheer tights with a high waist from this store and I have to say, they are so soft and fit really nicely. I like wearing my tights up high at my waist and these fit perfectly on my 5'8" frame. The size chart was spot on, which was super helpful. I washed them by hand and they seem to have held up well, but I haven't worn them yet since washing. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from this store again down the road.

I was hunting for the Philosykos eau de parfum by Diptyque and couldn't track it down anywhere in the UK. But then I stumbled upon it on this site called FRMODA for a better price. Even though the delivery fee was a little steep, I snagged a 10% discount on my first order, which sweetened the deal. They kept me in the loop on my order and it showed up lightning fast in just two days. And let me tell you, the perfume smells absolutely incredible! Plus, that $14.95 shipping fee seemed pretty steep, which made me think twice about placing an order with them.

Water filter purchase
I bought some water filters for my fridge’s dispenser not too long ago. The first couple were totally fine, but the third one started spitting out this gross black stuff. Naturally, I got worried about the quality of the filters, so I reached out to the company for some help. Unfortunately, the response I got back was pretty disappointing. The representative basically just said the product was out of warranty and didn't bother to address the whole black stuff situation. The lack of customer service and transparency really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere for water filters from now on.

I just bought some international flight tickets from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a mess. They got my name all mixed up in their system, so that caused a lot of confusion and hassle. And then to top it off, one of my connecting flights was straight up canceled out of the blue, making things even more complicated. I tried to get in touch with them through their website and by phone, but I got nothing back for like five whole months. I had to go straight to the airline to fix everything, and it ended up costing me extra to sort out the name swap situation. Overall, it was a real letdown and I wouldn't recommend using this company again.

I've been buying gift vouchers from this company for a while now, and I've always had a good experience. The customer service team is on top of things and always quick to answer my questions. I've tried some of the wines from the company, and even though not all of them were my favorite, I liked that there were so many different choices. Being able to try out different wines to find what I enjoy is a cool idea. All in all, I've been happy with my experience and would definitely think about using their services again.

I just bought a mountain bike from this company and man, it was a total nightmare. I paid the whole amount and they kept giving me delivery dates that just never happened. They said the item was out of stock from the manufacturer, but when I checked with the manufacturer, they said they always had it in stock. I had to shoot emails back and forth with Aventuron a bunch of times before they finally said they would give me a refund. It really sucked to see this company have such bad communication and not taking responsibility. So, if you're thinking about doing business with them, just be careful!

I bought a pair of shoes at the Marina Mall store in Abu Dhabi recently, and unfortunately, I found out they were defective after only wearing them a few times. When I went back to ask for an exchange or refund, the manager tried to avoid me at first by hiding in the back and telling her staff to lie about her being there. When I finally confronted her, she was rude and unprofessional, flat out refusing to help and saying their shoes never have issues. I even tried to take the problem to the company's main office in Dubai, but got the same kind of unprofessional treatment and greed. It was really disappointing to see such disrespect and lack of care toward customers from an international brand.
