Not worth the mystery
after buying several over a few months I never saw the supposedly included AAA titles; mostly cheap indies and a bunch of duplicates. They should just say "1x key for Silent Hill" or whatever, because that's how it feels. Their preset bundles are fine, I actually liked a couple, but the mystery ones feel misleading. I've used other bundle sites that at least list counts, so this was annoying. Won't be buying these again, honestly.
Pretty reliable, with a few delivery hiccups
I found Fanatical last year during a sale and started buying a couple titles right away. First impression was good — keys and emails showed up really fast, checkout was painless. I did have one code issue and customer support was polite but kind of slow, took about a day to sort it out. Prices are solid most of the time, though some games never appear here. Useful overall, just not flawless.
Not worth the gamble
one semi-decent title maybe, then a pile of low-effort indies and duplicates (seriously, repeats). The pre-set bundles can be fine, and I actually play some of the indies, but the "mystery" ones feel misleading. Not awful, but not reliable if you want real value. Just be warned.
Video game purchase
I've been shopping on this platform a lot and I've had mostly good experiences. They have a huge variety of games, awesome deals, and fair prices that keep me coming back. But one time, a game I bought got stuck in review out of the blue, even though I buy stuff from them all the time. Luckily, they fixed it within a day, which was great. All in all, I'm happy with how they handled things and I'll keep using them for my gaming stuff.
Key purchase for game
The website is really well made and easy to use for buying things. But I wasn't too happy with the customer service when I needed a refund for a faulty product. I get the rules and all, but it would've been cool if they showed a little more effort to help customers like their competition does.
Pre-order key delay
I recently bought a pre-order key on this platform and I was pretty disappointed with how long it took to get it. I spent a good amount of money on a game, hoping to play it right when it came out. But after waiting over 3 hours for my key to process, I was frustrated and couldn't access the game on launch day. When I contacted customer support, they told me they ran out of keys temporarily, and didn't let me know when I made the purchase. Even though I eventually got a refund, I wasn't happy with the experience and I'll be more careful about buying from this platform in the future.
Star Wars Collection
I love this company, they have some amazing bundles. Last time, I grabbed the Star Wars Collection and got a little confused. I thought I was getting 26 games, but it was actually just 9 games repeated 3 times. I should have paid closer attention to the titles, but it felt a bit shady. Despite that, I still enjoy purchasing bundles from this site.
Pre-ordered game
I was so pumped to play this game I pre-ordered, but then I had some trouble with the PSN account link and couldn't play it. So I contacted customer service and requested a refund. I was shocked when they gave the refund in just 2 minutes. This whole thing made me like this website even more. Their customer service is really great and I'm grateful for how fast they fixed the problem. I'll definitely be back to shop here again.
Dragon's Dogma 2 purchase
So, I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this game online, but let me tell you, Fanatical.com was amazing! I spotted Dragon's Dogma 2 on sale for 18% off and decided to take the plunge. They sent over the product key right at the official launch time, and even threw in the pre-order bonus. Their "orders" page was really handy, keeping me in the loop about when to expect my key. The only bummer is you can't pre-download the game before it's officially released, but that's no biggie for me. The discount made it totally worth it!

Fanatical is amazing, you guys! I was about to get totally ripped off with AV renewal prices, but then I found this awesome website and saved a ton of money. I'm definitely gonna tell all my friends about it and will definitely be back for more games in the future.
