Phone purchase
The phones I got from that online store were a bummer when they arrived - they didn't even work and it took forever for my order to get to me. But, gotta say, the phones themselves are pretty awesome and the price I got them for was a total steal. This store was the only one offering a discount on the new collection, so I'm really happy with how everything turned out in the end.

I recently bought this new shiny backpack, but when I got it, it was all scratched up! When I reached out to customer service for help, all they did was send me an email telling me to send it back. I was pretty disappointed, not so cool.
Clothing item
My experience with Ikrix had its ups and downs. Ordering was easy and I got quick answers to my questions. But, I was bummed out when I found out I couldn't exchange the size of the clothes I bought. So, I had to deal with the whole return process. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for the return shipping, that caught me off guard. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even return the item because I was missing some paperwork. This whole situation was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed.

Awesome hoodie and dope service
I got this really awesome hoodie and I was so excited when it arrived at my house! It was exactly what I was hoping for, and the delivery was amazingly fast. I couldn't have asked for anything better, to be honest!

I just bought a sweater from this store, and man, I was so let down by how they handled my order. I placed it on a Saturday, and come Thursday, I still hadn't heard a peep about when it was gonna show up. I had to shoot them an email before they finally sent over a tracking number. But get this - turns out they only printed a FedEx label and didn't even actually ship the sweater yet. Like, seriously? I recently bought a really nice blue jacket and some black sneakers from Ikrix. Typically, I receive my items pretty quickly from them, but this time it took forever. I placed my order on March 26th, and it's only now being shipped out. I'm guessing it might be because of the long Easter weekend, but still, it's frustrating. Also, when I was checking out, they asked for a promo code, and when I didn't have one, they raised the price! Not cool, Ikrix. I hope you can do better next time. Solid black sandals with gold heel disappointment
I was really bummed about my last purchase from this store. The website had these amazing leopard print sandals with a gold heel, but when I got them, they were just plain black.
