Shoes
I was a little unsure about ordering from overseas at first, especially because I couldn't find many reviews from people in my country. But let me tell you, my experience with Ikrix was top-notch. They shipped out my order quickly, DHL kept me updated on tracking, and my shoes arrived in Australia sooner than I expected. And let's not forget about the great prices - I got my shoes for way less than what they were selling for in local stores, even with shipping costs added. I'm really happy with my purchase and I just wanted to give a big thank you to Ikrix for their awesome service.
Ultra mini boots purchase
I finally found those super cute mini boots I've been searching for, and guess where? All the way in the UK! I stumbled upon this website called ikrix and even though it seemed kinda basic, I gave it a shot. The price had me a little worried, but I decided to take a chance and order them anyway. They JUST got delivered by UPS today, and let me tell you - they are everything I hoped for. Legit, packaged right, and absolutely perfect.

I gotta say, I was really happy with my shopping experience at this online store. I took a chance and ordered an oversized hoodie, and it turned out to be a great decision. My experience with Ikrix had its ups and downs. Ordering was easy and I got quick answers to my questions. But, I was bummed out when I found out I couldn't exchange the size of the clothes I bought. So, I had to deal with the whole return process. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for the return shipping, that caught me off guard. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even return the item because I was missing some paperwork. This whole situation was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed.
Sweater purchase
I just bought a sweater from this store, and man, I was so let down by how they handled my order. I placed it on a Saturday, and come Thursday, I still hadn't heard a peep about when it was gonna show up. I had to shoot them an email before they finally sent over a tracking number. But get this - turns out they only printed a FedEx label and didn't even actually ship the sweater yet. Like, seriously? That kind of shady lack of info and communication is just not cool, especially from a store.
Overpriced designer boots
I went ahead and treated myself to a fancy pair of designer boots from that store, thinking I was getting a great deal. The shipping was fast, which was a pleasant surprise, but when the boots arrived, I wasn't impressed. They were definitely overpriced and not as nice as I had hoped. Dealing with customer service was just okay, and it was a hassle trying to return the boots. I've decided I won't be shopping there again.
