I can't believe how bold this company is. It's been two whole months since I sent back my item, and they haven't refunded me a single cent of the $200+ I spent. I've reached out to customer service so many times, and all I get back are more delays and excuses. It's just not right for them to keep my money like this, and it's so irritating. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this shady company.

Ordering from the website was super easy, no complaints at all. But man, the delivery process was a whole different story. I got my tracking number right away, but FedEx wasn't giving me much info after that. The package was just sitting in one spot for what seemed like forever. I couldn't help but think maybe I should've gone with UPS Ground for quicker delivery. Even though it took forever, the item did finally show up with no problems.
