Vacation booking
I decided to try out this vacation booking service, even though I've never used it before. And wow, I was really happy with the experience. It was so easy and convenient from start to finish. I easily browsed through different options and finalized my booking with no issues. The prices were great too, much better than other sites I looked at. I'll definitely be using this service again to book my future vacations.
Omg, Bookit didn't give back my money!
Man, I was supposed to get a refund from Bookit but it never came through. Turns out the Florida attorney general went after them and got refunds for a ton of folks. But I missed out on getting mine back because I didn't send in my proofs of purchase quick enough. It's just not right! I'm really ticked off and can't wait for my attorney to give me a call.
Cool books
I ordered some books and they arrived really quickly! I was so excited to read them. The ordering process was a breeze, and the prices were pretty reasonable. The delivery was surprisingly fast, I was like wow, that was quick! Overall, I give it a big thumbs up!
Reservation mistake
I just had the worst experience trying to get a refund for a hotel reservation I mistakenly made for the wrong date. I reached out to the booking website and the hotel to fix it, but they told me the hotel already gave them back the money, yet I hadn't been refunded. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were no help at all and seemed all over the place. It left me feeling so frustrated and let down. Just a reminder to be extra careful when you're booking stuff like this and make sure to double-check everything so you don't end up in a mess like I did.
Fraudulent charges
I had some bogus charges on my debit card right after I bought something on this site. I'm really upset and annoyed that they didn't have better security to keep customer info safe. Everybody should be careful when giving payment details on here.

Beachfront hotel reservation
I had a really bad experience with the hotel reservation I made. I thought I was booking a beachfront hotel, but when I got there, it was nothing like what they showed online. The place was filthy and my room was not cleaned properly, so I had to find a different hotel. To make matters worse, the second room they gave me had blood on one of the pillows, which made me worry about my health. This whole situation ruined my family vacation, and I felt like I had to take pictures to report it to the Better Business Bureau.
Cancun trip purchase.
My experience with Bookit was really disappointing. I set up a trip to Cancun for March 2020 and shelled out $1900, but then got an email on March 21st saying it was canceled. The way Bookit hasn't been keeping me in the loop or helping me with getting a refund has been a major headache. It's not right that I have to jump through hoops with my bank just to get my money back a whole year later. I feel like they totally ripped me off.
Trip booking experience
I was really let down by the trip I booked through this company. I had everything set up, but then out of nowhere they canceled it and didn't give me any sort of refund or credit. Their customer service was basically MIA - couldn't get anyone on the phone, and they were no help at all in sorting out the problem with my booking. It totally messed up our family vacation and just added a bunch of stress because they wouldn't communicate or take responsibility for the situation. Total bummer.

I bought this fancy vacation package from this company, and man, what a mess. They didn't follow through with what they promised and wouldn't give me back the money I paid upfront. I wanted to buy a book online and got scammed. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I wish I had been more careful and not fallen for it. Hopefully, they'll get what's coming to them for scamming people. I'm not going to trust them ever again.

Man, this company is the worst! I planned this trip with them and out of nowhere, they canceled it. No heads up or anything. They didn't even bother to give me my money back! How rude can you be? They even let go of all their employees and shut down the phones. Like seriously, who does that? It's so not cool. And now they want me to deal with my credit card company for a refund. Excuse me? So, I did what any upset customer would do - I filed a dispute with my bank. And you know what they told me? They claimed they already gave me back the money. But guess what? My bank has no clue about any refund. Can you believe this? This is not how you treat people who trusted you. Decent companies don't just leave you high and dry like that. It's just not cool. So, yeah, I'm never using their services again. Maybe they were alright before, but now they're a total disaster. Don't fall into their scam!Recent travel booking
