I just booked a trip with this company and man, it was a mess. Because of this crazy pandemic, I had to cancel my plans and expected to get a refund easily. But nope, they totally left me hanging with no support. I tried to get in touch but got nothing back. It's pretty disappointing how they're treating customers right now.

Durable phone case
I was really excited about this phone case because it seemed super sturdy, but man, was I let down by the quality. I was counting on it to keep my phone safe and sound, but it didn't even last 6 months before it split in half from just one little fall. I've had cheaper cases before that lasted way longer than this one. I won't make the mistake of buying this again, that's for sure.

2 t-shirts purchase
I bought two t-shirts on sale and was super excited about the designs and prices. But then 10 days later, out of nowhere, I got a refund without any explanation. I felt let down and upset, especially since I've been a loyal customer. Being a big wrestling fan, I wanted to keep supporting this company, but this whole thing just turned me off. The fact that they didn't even reach out or say sorry just made it worse. Sadly, I won't be giving them any more of my business in the future.
