I bought a book online not too long ago and I'm bummed because it never showed up. On top of that, I had trouble logging into my account to see what was going on with my order. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but never heard back. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest.

Tax filing experience
I had a really frustrating time dealing with a tax filing service. I forgot to include a W2 form when I first submitted my taxes, and I figured I could just go back and fix it after getting my refund. But it wasn't easy at all. The website didn't have a clear option for making changes. When I tried using the link they gave me to amend my taxes for a fee, it just sent me back to the login page without telling me what to do next. It was confusing, and having to pay extra to make changes just made me really unhappy with the whole service.

Floor mats purchase
I just bought some floor mats from this website and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good they are. I saw some not-so-great feedback, but I decided to give it a shot anyway and I'm glad I did. The mats look awesome in my car and really spruced up the interior. I'll definitely be coming back to this site when I need car stuff again.
