Late book order
Oh man, let me tell you about this bookstore. I placed an order for a book back in October, and you wouldn't believe it - it didn't arrive until April. Can you believe that? It took forever! I tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but they were nowhere to be found. And when the book finally showed up, the pages were all messed up. Can you believe they don't check their print quality? I needed that book for a course that started in January, so I had to end up buying it from Amazon just to get it on time. Never again, that's for sure.
Order of 3 books
I ordered 3 books, but one never showed up! Customer service took forever to get back to me and when they finally did, they didn't even give me a tracking number for the missing book. It's so frustrating!
Online book purchase
I bought a book online not too long ago and I'm bummed because it never showed up. On top of that, I had trouble logging into my account to see what was going on with my order. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but never heard back. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest.
Online textbook purchase
My experience buying stuff online was not good. The website didn't know who I was when I logged in, so I couldn't get to the stuff I bought like my textbook and extra materials. And there's no phone number for help, just email. But emailing is taking forever. Like, I sent a message on Friday, and they asked for a screenshot. I sent that too, but I'm still locked out of my stuff more than a week later. It's really annoying, especially since I need my stuff for my final exam prep.
My not-so-speedy order
I ordered something that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but it actually took a whole 10 days! It took way longer than I anticipated. And to top it off, when it finally got here, the back cover was all messed up. I'm really not pleased about that. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Complimentary desk hard copy textbook
I had a really bad experience with the service at this bookstore. I ordered a free desk copy of a textbook for a new class, hoping to get it delivered to my home over the summer. But the shipping label had both my home and college addresses on it, which confused the USPS and made them send the book back. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, but they were not very helpful and didn't follow through on their promises. The sales rep for my area didn't offer much help either. It was just a really frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
Expensive book order
I ordered this really expensive book from this company and let me tell you, their customer service has been a complete disaster. So get this, after I made the order, I realized they didn't even charge me for it! I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times to let them know about the mistake, but no one has bothered to respond. Every time I call, they feed me this line about connecting me to the right department, only for them to hang up on me. This whole "silence is golden" act is absolutely not okay. I'm a paying customer and I expect a higher level of service and reliability from a company like this. I don't want to be hit with a charge out of the blue because of their mess up. It's annoying and not cool to leave customers hanging like this. I'm definitely not giving them my business again and I would suggest others think twice before shopping with them.
Missed shipment, fake tracking number
I bought something online not too long ago, but I never got the book I ordered. I contacted customer service about it, and they gave me a tracking number that was totally fake. It's really not cool how they didn't keep me in the loop and tried to trick me like that.
Academic book on research methods
I just bought this academic book on research methods and man, I had such a letdown with the company's service. Ordering it was easy, but dang, the delivery took forever. I ended up waiting way longer than I expected to get my hands on that book, and it was super annoying since I needed it for a project deadline. On top of that, when I tried to contact customer service for updates on my order, they were so slow to get back to me, it just added to the whole bad experience. It's really a bummer when you have high expectations for a company and they end up slacking in the service department.

I ordered a book on November 25th and paid extra to get it quickly, but it didn't come on time. When I tried to cancel, they told me it was already on its way. They ended up sending it against my wishes on December 6th, and it finally arrived on December 8th. Now I have two copies because they wouldn't accept a return. I would recommend steering clear of this company!

I went and got my school book, but I needed some help with the little things in it. The customer service there was amazing, they assisted me immediately and made sure I had all the information I required. They were really kind and understanding with me, which I loved.

And when I asked for a second delivery, they never mentioned that I'd get hit with another tax. The whole thing was a mess - confusion, waiting forever for an email reply, with no clear info on tracking. In the end, I had to pay a second tax, and my delivery address wasn't even changed like I asked.

I recently ordered a book from this company thinking everything would go smoothly, but man, was I let down. First off, they didn't make it clear on their website that prices were in US dollars, so I got blindsided by that after already placing my order.
