CSM Certification Course
Taking the CSM course at this school was amazing! Our instructor, Naveen, made the classes interactive and interesting, which made it easier for me to pass the certification exam on my first try. They also helped me improve my resume, which was really helpful for my career. I would definitely suggest this school to anyone who wants to get their CSM certification.

Complimentary desk hard copy textbook
I had a really bad experience with the service at this bookstore. I ordered a free desk copy of a textbook for a new class, hoping to get it delivered to my home over the summer. But the shipping label had both my home and college addresses on it, which confused the USPS and made them send the book back. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, but they were not very helpful and didn't follow through on their promises. The sales rep for my area didn't offer much help either. It was just a really frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

Subscription auto-renewal issue
I had a really frustrating experience with the subscription auto-renewal thing on this service I use. Out of nowhere, my plan renewed itself and charged me for something I don't even want anymore. It's pretty disappointing that they didn't give me a heads up about it.

Bought a mini golf putter
I got this mini putter for my birthday and it's smaller than my old one, but it's really cool. I was bummed out because the little head cover fell off and I couldn't find it anywhere. I reached out to them on their website and they said they'd send me a new one for free! They got back to me super quick and I got the new head cover in the mail. It fits perfectly! Thanks a lot!!

Missed shipment, fake tracking number
I bought something online not too long ago, but I never got the book I ordered. I contacted customer service about it, and they gave me a tracking number that was totally fake. It's really not cool how they didn't keep me in the loop and tried to trick me like that.

Efficient shuttle, professional drivers, numbered spaces
The shuttle service was really great. I barely had to wait at all and the whole place was super clean. The drivers were all so nice and made everything even better. I liked how organized the parking lot was with the rows labeled by letters and each space numbered - made it simple to find my car. You could tell they made some upgrades since they got the South lot and it definitely made the whole experience even better.
